I am playing WvW and I don't want to do them but I somehow find them completed after 20-30 minutes ;) Just because some people have reached the cap, shouldn't give them an edge (economical or whatever)

Cantha will be underwater now because of the Deep Sea Dragon's apocalypse that will come in the last few episodes of the next Living Season.

This will change once ANET brings us the next expansion, with the underwater dragon!

Guys, which 3 jumping puzzles are the hardest in your opinion? :) I remember having a headache with these in Draconis Mons and Ember Bay!!

Hey guys, thanks for participating in the topic :)May I clear several things? I have been raiding and I have stopped not because I don't have the proper gear or build, nor because I can't respec into up to date meta build. Also, I didn't stop because I don't like being in a group - it is quite the opposite. I stopped because of the elitist mentality and flaming in those groups, which isn't pleasant for anyone. It doesn't matter to who someone is flaming or yelling - everyone in the raid is experiencing this act. Also 99,9% of the time people won't let you raid with the build you want.I am not trying to change the current state of the raids. All the raiders will continue to experience the same gameplay as before and get the loot and gold - 99,9% of them are doing it for the loot and gold. As I said I would like to see an addition to the raids - not a change to their current state. The addition will be a solo mode just like the story mode of every living season and expansion we are so familiar with. In fact, this can benefit all the hardcode raiders only positively because it can attract new players.I am strongly against rewarding a solo/story mode the same way as the group raids. As I said - cut the loot - just a story mode.

I, like many others, dislike playing the raids because of several reasons. Things like "you don't have the right build - you can't play", "you don't have experience - you can't play", "you fail too much - you can't play" or the constant flaming (in most cases) makes these encounters unplayable for someone who wants to relax in the game.ANET, why don't you cut all the drops/loot etc. and make an additional mode of the raids for solo gameplay so that everyone can experience the story and the feeling of the areas? This way the raiders will continue to enjoy their raids and still get the drops while the players that are here for the story and fell in love with GW because of it, will be able to experience these chapters too.

You should try out yolomouse, it’s my fav addon for Gw2 and it’s completely legit. I‘ve been using this for a few years already, you have a lot of ways to customize your mouse. Where we can read about confirmation that this is legit. I may use something similar.

Even if it has changed and can offer something different, there will be a lot of similarities.Enough of that human storyline. We need something new - we need the Asura origins, Charr storyline, and the poor Norn - they are always forgotten.Jungle expansion, desert expansion. It's time for the Ice+Bloodlegion homeland one. Anet won't offer similarly themed exp for sure and most likely it will be completely different than before.Ice+Bloodlegion homeland is actually the most desired by the community and offers a lot of interesting discoveries. Not to mention it will sell good, I can bet that this will be the best selling expansion! Cantha is super lame compared to this.Personal opinion - the expansions locations are moving anticlockwise :)))

This is hard. How do you define "their map" when each of the four existing members (you want to be the fifth) is on a different map, or if they're on the same map, but they aren't all on the same instance ("/ip", roughly) of it. (For squads it's easier - you define it as the commander's map, but for ordinary parties, there doesn't seem to be a clear idea of "leader".) The commander's map.

Is this the point of this thread? To find solution to the Elementalist problems? We are giving suggestions based on our concerns (which I think is the point of this thread). How and if Anet will make any changes is a completely different story. What players will do: Give well thought out suggestions that come from hours of experience and thought about ways to improve an ailing class, with the hope that devs will listen and implement some desired changes. What Devs will do: "lol, shatterstone does +15% damage....ele is now fixed!" Right.Players with thousands of hours of experience: Here's multiple things you can do to give ele great builds that rival the meta.Anet: Oh did you mean buff a earth/earth sword direct damage by 6%? Okay!Lets hope not :)Also, you forget that Anet will look at all our suggestions like subjective and Anet is/will be very careful with how and what they will change.This is why our suggestions must be very constructive, well written and to cover some very important points like "how should" and "why should".Even if Anet knows that something is wrong with the ele and they are planning a change, we have to convince them how big this change should be (if they are planning a smaller one as you have given some examples).

No it's not. Trading barren wasteland for a frozen wasteland would be terrible. We went from a green jungle to desert wasteland. From the far west side of Tyria to the east. They will introduce something different and the 2 different major possibilities are ICE and WATER/UNDERWATER. I don't think we will go underwater just yet (even so they have started introducing underwater skill revamps/mechanics etc), so the only logical explanation is Far Shiverpeaks + EVENTUALLY Bloodlegion Homeland. After this expansion, we may go to Jantirs Bay/Islands (if we have already discovered Bloodlegion Homeland, otherwise we will go there) and 4th expansion may hit us with underwater content.

So you're saying we should just wait another year for ele to be good? No, this is not what I am saying.My suggestion (and what I am saying) is a complete rework (of the current specs) PLUS building the next elite spec (in the future) in a way that they won't have to make complete rework of it, too. Because, IMO, buffing one skill or nerfing another will not work with such a complex profession - aka a complete rework will be better. In other words, you don't have to wait for a year for the "complete rework", just for the next elite spec.
