Now having a quick browse of the SotO achievements you've gone overboard. Why so stingy ? Do a poll, see if players love them... Eagle Eye Shield missing from the Guaranteed Weapon Unlock, all other 15 Eagle Eye weapon skins can be obtained from the weapon unlock. Edit: Skin was obtained but does not unlock from the basic collection Eagle Eye Weapon Collector. Also later obtained a Valkyrie Eagle Eye Shield from an Eagle Eye Weapon Chest and skin remains unlocked from the Eagle Eye Weapon Collector achievement.

7 x Superior Rune of the Scholar (4g 14s 90c each) stored in my bank were converted to 7 x Rune of the Necromancer (1g 28s 62c each) on log in. Can I please have them restored back ? Edit: I logged with my necromancer main after downloading the expansion.

I've been lucky so far, used to use -DX9, no problems with over-saturation so far, the problem I've had is that over the last month I've noticed the edges of tiles on flat surfaces and other places like nodes in home instances. The only change that needs to be made to achievement points are the removal of pointless zero point achievements (stop being so precious Anet, the very least you could do is give at least one lousy point !) and increase points on achievements that award a paltry one point, plus the removal of the 15k cap on achievement points earned from dailys, who freaking cares who is leading the leader board or how someone gets to the current 60k cap ?!

Logged in to my main after the patch and it still hadn't updated, switching to another character resolved it.

The Giant Slayer title ? Its a hell of a lot faster to kill the half a dozen or so veteran giants at Windshear Scarps, Desert Highlands, PoF. By the time you've killed the last one the first ones have respawned.

The game throws transmute charges at you though, I've far more than I can poke a stick at, but then again I'm a mostly once I get a look that I like I stick to it type player

Its felt like GW2's Cataclysm, remember when WoW launched Cataclysm and it was only half an expansion at launch due the devs spending most of their time on reworking the world and its questing for new players ? To me EoD felt the same, less of everything due to a smaller dev team than PoF/LW4 and no follow up content until today because they were mainly working on re-introducing LW1 for new players and those that missed out. I didn't mind them doing the latter but not for a moment did I think it would come at the expense of any new story content. Since I completed everything I wanted in EoD I rarely go back there.

The world boss at the Thaumanova Reactor was invulnerable today 2100 server time, Fergusson's Crossing. No damage from any attacks except minor damage from my pet's confusion attack. Affected all players there. Event failed due to running out of time blocking any progress on collection achievements.

Totally agree with you, all my 9 classes have run through all maps with good luck on keys. Players coming from other MMOs just want everything handed to them on a plate without having to work for it. I hope Anet doesn't cave into to them. And besides, with no new story content for 339 days and counting since EoD's release what else are they going to do ???

I play because there's no endless gear grind tread mill, I could never go back to an MMO that has one. Having your gear made obsolete every 3 months as with those massive behemoth MMOs is depressing and sole destroying.... "Hey guys get excited ! All your gear is obsolete, start all over again !". On the downside I really do miss those quarterly new story content updates 😢 and so will ex WoW and FFXIV players we've managed to lure over once they realise thats not a thing here ...

I've been doing some of the legendary precursor achievements for completion. I can put up with events not spawning, objects appearing in the wrong place or not being able to interact with them but this .... Sky Performance - Perform a Flip-Spin-Double-Flip Wow, just Wow, who is the sadist that came up with this rage inducing task ??? Do the devs even realise that there are players who play this game from overseas that don't have the luxury of double digit latency ? Have they play tested this with a latency of 250-350ms ? Even with Mesmer quickness by the time your action keys come on you have already completed 25% of your dive (you are past the large branch), with 'high' latency and having to wait for animations to complete lest you cancel your previous action the best you can do is a Flip-Spin ! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!

2023 calling, this event is still bugged, still failing to appear. Have lost many hours waiting for it to spawn to no avail. I know I can easily buy this off the auction house however I am doing this for achievement points, something to do while awaiting for *cough* *cough* new story content. Anet pleeeeeeeeeeeese fix this or give us a workaround !!! Edit: Event spawned after today's daily reset ... phew ! Maybe the event only spawns once a day, twice a day, every 4 or 2 hours, would be handy information to know on the wiki, saving grief and false bug reports
