transform Souldbound harvest tool to account bound

As the title says, i bought a harvest tool many years ago, is it possible to use it on another char, just like  the newer ones?

Soulbound versions of this item can be exchanged for account bound versions at a Black Lion Weapons Specialist, but the tool must first be unequipped and in your inventory

From my memory the easiest black lion specialist to find is at the black lion trading post in lions arch.

thanks for the replys, but the specialist wont let me trade the jack in the box tool ? anybody knows why?

Well I only ever done it with watchwork mining pick myself.

Hard to see but the bag you got it in dont happen to be a invisible bag?

If it is not then throw a email to support and attach said screenshot should sort you out.

After they say to delete it they will send you an account bound version.

From the (very poor quality) screenshot, it certainly seems to be the case.

That's a 20-slot gossamer bag which I'm pretty sure is just basic bags. You'll need the same type to exchange but the specialist are not offering the item, unless you can choose another sickle.. Best will be for OP to contact Customer Service.

its just a normal bag and you can click the pic to make it full res 😄

It looks like you are talking to the wrong NPC in the screenshot.

Go talk to a https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Black_Lion_Weapons_Specialist instead of https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Black_Lion_Exchange_Specialist despite the fact that the exchange specialist is the much more obvious and reasonable NPC for the task

What Khisanth stated is indeed the correct route. The Weapons Specialist does not offer the items through the tabs but rather through the dialogue options, which is rather circuitous and misleading.

Choose this dialogue option according to wiki.

Wops been awhile totaly forgot about that other npc.
