To get 2 dodges you have to convincing ANet team (day by day) that Mirage's best option is to have 3 ones! Be persistent! And then, after a while, you'll say that ready to make a one step back and agree on 2 dodges ))) This is a negotiation's win-way superhero strategy! If you guys think Mirage needs buffs, there are probably better ways to balance it. No idea how tbh, as I have not enough Mirage experience myself to make a serious propsal.
