You should switch to scrapper for underwater. edit: That is probably a bug with the spec though as far as being locked out of the lackluster underwater barrage. zeyeti.8347 Posted February 26, 2023 Share Posted February 26, 2023 (edited) Underwater is crappy for a lot of specs , rev. can't use kalla underwater , pits don't work for chrono , but the 1st place for most unusable e-spec is indeed the mech . Necro has his flesh golem turning in a ba dass undead shark , why can't we have a "submarine" version of the mech underwater ? Tuna Bandit.3786 Posted April 29, 2023 Share Posted April 29, 2023 It is a bug, and I can confirm that very easy: I have multiple mechanists on multiple accounts. One is locked out. Exact same Level, Gear, Build, Skills. The F4 skill is simply is not there underwater. To be absolutely sure, I had 2 accounts side by side and compared the build, skill, everything I could think of. Teribury Night.5702 Posted August 15, 2023 Share Posted August 15, 2023 I did a little bit of experimenting and found that the underwater #9 utility skill determines what your underwater F4 skill is. Several different utilities have differing skills for the F4 bot skill, but not all. Several just leave it blank/locked out. Give a few a try and find what you like.
