Anyone running a Virtuoso for roaming? If so, care to share?

Mesmers overall are pretty rare but I've seen a few good virtuosi. Seem to build heavy for evades, block and reflects. There is a cele build on metabattle.

virtuoso is very good for roaming right now. i normally use two slight variants of the same build.

both revolve around blocking/dodging an attack to build blades then shatter to regain aegis again, then rinse and repeat.

Why the double energy sigils on the power variant? Distortion, block, blink, blade renewal and stealth not enough?

virtuoso is very good for roaming, ive done multiple outnumbered fights and come out on top. 

beware tho, u will have crap mobility so u have to commit to a fight since your chances of escaping if u are out of stealth or revealed are very bad

 because how much dmg you can push out is reliant on how much u can dodge and block. Aegis you get from shattering some times get used before the icd of the trait pyschic riposte is off cooldown. Also both distortions make a lul in the fight where ur not putting out any damage because your not blocking or dodging.  Using blink also means your not doing as much dmg because melee classes won’t proc block. hope that helps!

I figured it would be for Physic Riposte but unless they've changed things recently only one of those energy sigils will proc each swap essentially wasting a sigil slot on each weapon (your build template has 2 x energy in each weapon). You're certain both Proc?

ah yes u are correct i didn't realize i had that in there should be energy/cleanse energy/cleanse
