This specific splits need to happen more, like shortbow 5 costing 7 to daredevil and even the other elites, but not to core thief

There's too many variables associated with gw2 balance to accurately guess what they're going to do, there is one constant tho, it won't be what a majority want.

Based on the screenshot teaser, I expect:

• Minor Ranger Reworks, possibly spirits and torch
• Thief Signet/Specter/Thieves Guild Reworks

• 'Perhaps' an adjustment of Signet of Humility, depends on whether that Pink Moa is there as a joke or is just the ranger's pet

• Additional cooldown changes that affect reworked recharge reduction trait

Probably, but not likely:

•  A balance adjustment on zerker that makes it harder to play for no reason
• A balance adjustment on engineer that makes it harder to play for no reason
• Actual impactful catalyst balancing
• Power Mesmers becoming worse for no reason

Completely right unfortunately, even the jokes

I'm okay with the Engi change. I'm just waiting to see if "This skill grants boons" means it grants quickness in all modes, or if it's still split. 

I don't think quickness on combo would be broken since those can be reacted to and disrupted.

And i was so sure they just didn't know that there are still some ppl left in PvP so they didn't expect to meet ppl in the mists and accidently had a ranger and mirage on the screenshot and were just too lazy to make a new one with only thief.
