....Why Is Being Stuck In An Inanimate Object Still A Thing???

This has existed since launch. You get knocked back/Pulled/Launched etc and you SOME HOW end up in the map/staircase/box/pixel.

I just lost a match where we literally lost by SIX POINTS all because one of out teamates at the last minute (where the person could have contested point) got stuck at a stairs and it snowballed us.... the game was rightfully hours.

Yeah until you get hit or healed or any kind of involuntary reaction. The alternative is dcing and reconnecting on a 30 sec death cooldown paired with however long it took to log out. Anet just screwed the pooch on this one, but it's par for the course.

one should be ported when in places one not supossed to be.

The last time I was in a match where someone had to use /stuck, they said it took about a minute for them to be returned to spawn. You can probably disconnect, reconnect and re-enter the game quicker than that.
