Ok, but that one is rather far from being pixelwide. Didn't really have trouble landing and dismounting there.

Nudge for the players to have basic understanding of how skyscale landing/dismounting works, maybe. Went there to try it again and it's not really a hard spot, you're not even limited specifically to the tip of the pillar, you can move around a bit while technically standing on the air.

And the people you help probably ask in Map Chat. So they are smart enough to use outside help. Of which there is plenty. 

Then you have the people who refuse any option to fix their problems and just bash their head against the wall until one breaks.

Why anet dont put the entry of a minidungeon in the end of the puzzle, or a cool skin reward, or a weird miniboss with nice rewards? No, a small chest fulll of trash.

Most of the time the reward is through some long acheivment. The stuff you do itself may not have big rewards but after doing enough things you may get some hidden skin or legendary item. Maybe even a title. Best thing to do is look through acheivments and track what you want. So you get rewards that feel worth the time spent.

Hes problably jumped into POF maps, where most vistas are on elevanted/distant places;.

i really don't like much the common sense for advicing players jump on POF maps to get mounts.
