Homestead Vendors?

Is there anyone I can sell things to in the Homestead? In the other housing, if I wandered into my home and forgot to sell junk, there were lots of NPCs around who I could sell to. I can buy things from the bear, but he won't buy my junk.

There is one, but not everyone might have him. It's Seimur Oxbone. Once a cook unlocks the bloodstone brick oven, he arrives at the home instance/homestead.

Login with your gourmet toon if you have one, he should be by the redbrick stove, behind the crafting bench.

Now that you mentioned, I didn't notice that there is no vendor npc in our homestead unlike our home instance where there are a few of them.

Not super convenient if the character is question is not the cook and needs to sell off some junk, but it answers the question. Thank you.

But only for the character who has leveled Cook to 500 and acquired the oven/cooking station.

I have 500 Cooking and Seimur Oxbone is NOT an vendor. He only has an achievement marker above his head with no way to progress it.

  How does one fix that?
