I'm already frustrated enough with the ridiculous amount of timegating and collections, having it further timegated because the achievement hasn't unlocked when it should have is beyond annoying. It was either that I wasn't logged on to the character that I started the story with, and/or that I wasn't on the Dragonfall map. Maybe that helps?
