does it happen with other guild halls or just that one? im stood in my version of that now and it seems fine. maybe a repair of the client is needed if its only effecting yourself.

im having a mind blank so might need to google how to do it, but have you tried clearing the cache for the tp.

ive just checked this one, made a squad, specifically got people not in my map into the squad and managed to move them to sub 1 without issues. can you give more info with what you were trying to do as i cant recreate any issues moving members of a squad around.

did other people get the achievement in your map? one of the things alot of people dont realise is its not 6 minutes of combat time, the timer starts when the last event finishes and the bosses spawn on the map, so its actually 5 mins of combat time.

when did you try and open bags? it makes sense as everything else in the lunatic wardrobe section has to be done during the festival, but this is what wiki says. Lunatic Wardrobe is an achievement category for achievements rewarding pieces of the Lunatic armor set. The achievements can only be completed while the Halloween festival is active.

i use the jade tech skiff skin and that doesnt have a health bar either.

you can just go and get the part and take it to taimi, you dont need storyline active for the achievement.

I really like that, I think I’d still like an item, seeing writing all over the place with messages is cool, but going around doing my thing then in the middle of a cave with a bit of water I spot a lantern or a rubber duck and having to go up to it to see why it’s there I think had a more sentimental feeling behind it. I’m still using taco but think I’ll check out blish to see if I can find any 😊

Well it could be anything, a couple of silver to reset the timer to an hour or maybe 5 obsidian shards, anything really. That way it’s up to people to keep them afloat and not just a set time then it’s gone for good. Could always say you pay and it stays there till the map closes I guess, was more thinking of the usage and Anet loves a gold sink 🤣

I’ve been to many ingame memorials for lost players, birthday celebrations and even a mini ingame wedding. And I was thinking it would be nice for an item we could use in game. something like a floating lantern, could have gemstone skins, but you pay a gold for 10 minutes as an example and you can write a message on your lantern, anyone that swims up to your lantern can read what it says and anyone can pay to extend the time it’s there. imagine a player has passed away and on the anniversary of their passing the water in LA had lots of tributes for people to remember them by. just an idea that popped into my head I thought I’d share.

I’m a roamed, dh dps build, and I can solo t3 camps. 99% of the time it’s just a case of knowing where to stand and a semi decent rotation. Stand in the right place all the enemies just run to you and you burn them down as they get there.

Leave wvw for one day at Christmas, change it all to wintersday boxes, sell or open and then go back to wvw. 🤣 I spend a few million karma each year at wintersday then spend the rest of the year just stock piling it for the next one.

I know lightning flash reads as a teleport, but mechanically it doesn’t act like one. Some teleports literally teleport you to location, others are the equivelant of moving instantly but in a straight line, kind of like moving really fast, with lightning flash that’s the reason it doesn’t break stun. wiki says, This skill's "teleport" is mechanically identical to a ground-targeted Shadowstep. Because of this, it is highly subjective to the terrain between the user and the target destination, and it will only work to instantly move to anywhere the user could easily reach by merely walking there without jumping. mesmers blink works in the same way, back with an old pc I had if I had really bad lag I could tell which skills were these because my character would actually move from point a to point b rather than just teleporting and appearing at point b.

Easiest way round this is to go and start another crafting profession, craft a couple of items then switch back to your main ones, you don’t lose progress if you switch and switch back and the gold cost to do it is minimal. You could also just ignore the achievements altogether, the rewards are only a bit of xp.

From what I see the alliance beta doesn’t turn it into gvg, it turns it back into wvw at the release of the game, you could only play with guilds on your server, so you joined them in wvw. Only difference is going forward there wouldn’t be a server name to go along side the guild you were playing with so can join anyone. I’ve onl done one guild run this beta and that was actually playing the content not gvg the rest of the time nothing has changed at all.

Can you make this happen every time? Fishing is one of the best ways to make money in the game so I do it every day to some degree and I’ve not noticed any of these. More info might help, which map/nodes, which skiff skins do it if not all, does it happen if your a party on skiff and which fishing rod.

its marked as historical because it cant be completed, the method of completion litterally doesnt exist anymore in game. i would say its not a bug in itself but they should add something to let players know that historical achievements cant be completed with the new version of ls1.

thats strange, as you have to press 2 keys to get the boosted dive. maybe you had a keybind set up you had forgotten about and when they reset the binds the other week yours got reverted to default again.

i went and turned mine off and it did fix the issue, but then i have the same problem as your girlfriend, even changing the interface size to largest i struggle to read any text, my skill icons are about 5mm wide. definitely not a good fix on a big screen.

i did what Ray suggested after 4 fails, and it worked first time, got him to about 25% health, then waited for kas and jory to disapear then killed. was outside of the timer, but within the 30 seconds before you get kicked out.

Since the update i cant see any kind of preview of my character, ive just got the new dagger and went to preview it, preview screen stays blank, but trying to work out why i noticed all my panels are doing it, equipment, mounts, skiffs, none of them show the models on screen.

You can learn a new one then pay a bit of silver to swap back to your finished one.

You have to hold dodge and dive together to get that speed boost.

while i agree with you to a degree the ammount of ap lost isnt that much, especially with the returning ls1 achievements. i stopped playing for 6 years about a week after ls2 started coming out. currently im at over 42.5k AP with over 3k AP i can still get. its like the wvw tournaments that were held, you could only get the AP if you did the achievements while it was on, those people shouldnt miss out on rewards just because i didnt finish them, think of it as a reward for playing longer.
