    Suggestion: Remove polls from the forums. They don't lead to any relevant conclusions and always seem to end up in arguments which don't serve GW2 interests.

    Then there is absolutely no reason to make a poll. The OP could have just reviewed all of the existing threads and understood the general consensus on the topic. That seems like more of a reason for a forum than some pointless poll.

    DE meta is like instanced content tossed in to open world. It's a one-off and not a valid comparison.

    My conspiracy theory is that Anet adjusted the drop rate due to COVID thinking that many more players would be online and hopefully more chest drops would encourage key sales. I don't think Anet wants the chests to have a high "resale" value; rather, they want to have more chests available so that players would feel more need to purchase keys. /shrug

    I wonder how much this would impact resources insofar as database space is concerned. That would be a lot of additional information to retain. /shrug

    Exactly, and they've even adjusted the drop rate on BLC, too. Previously, they were fetching a much higher price due to lower supply. I used to hoard stacks of them to make gold, but now it's no longer worth doing.

    That may be true for instanced content like strike/raids, but I very much prefer there being no trinity for PvE as it allows me to play any profession and still be successful without having to rely on specific roles to get by.

    I'm glad there isn't an automated way to change it. I think that it would make it much easier for someone to steal accounts.

    I'm a working adult with a family and I regularly train in martial arts, yet I was able to acquire my skyscale. I'm a very casual player with limited time. It's not impossible.

    It's a good thing that items "locked" behind a collection really aren't needed to complete content.

    This doesn't make sense to me. What is preventing players from enjoying HoT maps without mounts? You can still enjoy these maps without using mounts if you want.

    I hate the maps, but I do give credit for Anet designing and implementing them. Glad people enjoy them.

    I love Sword 2 and Dagger 4. I use them a lot with my core ranger along with Sword 3 for a bunch of mobility. Just need to practice to feel the correct flow.
