  1. Why should searching, and finding, previous threads necessitate a necro? If a person actually searches and reads the previous threads, then there may well be no reason to post in them to necro them as their point has already been made by someone else (see the race change thread on the front page now, which has added nothing new to the previous conversations on the topic).
  2. Don't you have to have a GW2 account to post on the forums? AFAIK reddit doesn't require this?
  3. I don't think that you can have this option in Windows without having an external (or additional) monitor already attached.
  4. I despise jumping puzzles. I would prefer Anet spend resources elsewhere.
  5. And yet, I believe that the controls on those 70s game were significantly different than MMO controls on games today, so I'm not understanding the point that was being made or the comparison.
  6. Curious... what computer games were around in 1976? How was movement in those?
  7. There are many previous threads on race changing. Maybe try the forums search for details on why it isn't implemented.
  8. A lot of players are involved in Wintersday events. After the festival, you may have better luck.
  9. Creating a new thread on the same topic as an existing one is against the CoC, so that's probably why. Probably not that they didn't want it brought up again... just not in a new thread. /shrug
  10. Well, not ok for some, but apparently it works well enough as a marketing tactic to be profitable; otherwise, it wouldn't be used with such prevalence.
  11. You probably could have figured that out by using the forums search for your topic as this has been brought up before.
  12. Or, it puts players in the same position that they are now once they've acquired those items. They'd still be asking, "Now, what?"
  13. "Everyone on this forum is anti-fun." Quote of the thread!
  14. And you know that this would neither be difficult to implement or balance how?
  15. Sure why not? Make it a legendary and have players have to work for it. I loved that line! Cracks me up every time.
  16. I recommend that you use the forums search feature to see topics such as these so that you might better understand the existing arguments for and against them. That might also help you to understand what is worth bringing up or not, especially if it's something that has been discussed ad nauseam.
