Don't rush, play for fun. There's no need to complete everything in a week. Go do the personal story, enjoy it. Play diffierent classes/races, you can always goto pvp area where your characters will be automatically made lvl 80 and unlocked all hero traits and elite specs, where you can try out the elite specs. Thief's elite specs are really good, Daredevil for great dodge and blind attack (never played it only seen it), Deadeye is good for sneaky sneaky theif(good for pve), and the new spec Spector, is good support. So don't get over whelmed, take your time, go slow, have fun. Some people complain unlocking Skyscale was annoying, but to me it was fun cause I seen the mount grow up, which made it feel closer to mount than others.

When I started, I only bought the expansions after I finished to lvl 80 and completed the story, at that point i understood enough of it for me to play the expansions. I'm still not sure about the end game contents tho. My suggestion, play the character to level 80 without boosters, complete the personal story. Good choice on necro tho, easy class and is really good for pve. Ele is squashy af, be careful.

You made a topic similar to the other ones, and started of, not thanking gw2 but mentioning other (and similar other) posts. You might not have intended to, but it does look like you "attacked" his opinion personally (my English is not so good, so attacked might be strong word, I don't know any alternative). If you didn't intend to, do understand that the other person wouldn't take it the same way, and might be discouraged to give their opinion.

Yeah but it depends on you, the other guy posted criticism (or opinion) about the game, he didn't post hate, he pointed out some good points and some not good points. I don't get why this post's author decided to make a post against his tho, if there's a topic post where it has positive review and some other posts a negative review in a new post, mentioning the previous positive post, you think that's ok? If you want to post a good review, u can, but why attack other's review personally? Ps, i dont agree with the other post(seems like he doesnt like casual gameplay, which is the whole reason i play the game but i also understand their point of view, to reward non casual players).

Everyone has a right to opinion, you should respect that. For/against comment, good/bad review, praise/critic reviews, both should be respected. I seen many posts thanking/praising the game, but seen less posts with the opposite. I don't get why so many people go against criticism, criticism ≠ hate. When I posted my opinion on eod (long back, after beta), so many said "if you don't like it, don't buy it", that's just sad how a critic pov is taken bad.

Thank you for your reply, I posted again hoping they would notice this and give a fixed requirements for eod. But as you said, it seems we can't find it out even after release.

It's posted that launch livestream preshow starts at 15:00UAT, does that mean Eod is released on that time? Or before? Or after?

They still havent published it yet, the official site and help site says different while in both it says its not fixed and is subject to change, and I would like to know when we will get the fixed one? I opened 250 with 770MF, got 9 of the gold statues, i even opened bandit chests. FML

When ever i have it, I use a different network. Switch from WiFi to Mobile hotspot and is resolved. So try doing that, tho my wifi has good network and only rare times it gets network issues, issue might be cause im playing from SEA.

I went broke once due to it (and my greed), Started with: 1k g+500ecto Ended with: 100g+0ectos and - 30 mc (I went desperate and sold mats) So no.

I wouldn't buy it immediately, wait for others to play it and get their opinion and buy it later, tho its not necessary to buy it unlike hot and pof,eod is not bringing a content which helps you in game,like you cant play without HoT gliding cause you might take huge fall damage, and mounts from PoF are best mode for travel, While skiffs,fishing,jade bots are all not necessarily needed. There are few things that you can look forward too, cool maps, elite spec, gen 3 legen, and maybe many more.

There's about 6 skins for each gen 3 legendary weapon in eod, for each elder dragon, will every of the skin have same aurene effects on trail and kill, or will each have a different one?

What about the jade bot free roam bench thing, will it be in different places in cantha or same places like the workbench?
