Well if the narative is "fullfill your lfg expectations no matter what" its time to start kicking veterans too who joins cm runs while "not fullfilling my expectations" and performing like crap 🙂 seems like people want to bring this on themselfs

I mean its great that you try use your skills while trying to adapt to situations or help out with some boons, but without specific numbers or combat logs this might also mean doing less dps than a qfb or qherald, less boon output too, which might also be already covered by a healer btw. Again im not flaming or anything and its nice if u say that you try to help out the party or the squad with boons or mechanics or how you adapt your build or skills cuz this is how everyone should be doing things, but i didnt see any specific examples how impactfull that help or performance is.

Sure but how many people want to join guild yet cant find one?so if some cant find the guild to join despite asking people for it in forums or reddit, can you call it having an option to join the guild?

Well can you give an examples then, on top of beeing able to survive and be top dps? What boons do you also gave? What was the upkeep? What content you even were doing?

It depends how you look at it, if by that you mean something like OW content and survivability builds like lord hizen makes on each spec then u can say that, but if you have in mind instanced content like raids/fracts/strikes survivability is irrelevant there, you either maximizing your dps or give specific boons for your party/squad. Idk at least thats how i see things rn, if its dps vindicator you have to compete with slb, bladesworn, virtuoso and other specs like that if you are dps in instanced content that i play usually, and its not easy if all bugs aside other specs have just bigger benchmarks or better burst potetials or beeing ranged advantage; meanwhile supp vindicator in that kind of content doesnt exist yet. Or maybe you have in mind wvw content since there anet had to keep nerfing vindicator but wvw/pvp and pve balance just works differently

Or they just want to do the content and its their only option how to do it... Do u think the new person will instantly gonna have a 300g tag, will know all the roles and gonna make their own lfg from day one they started to think doing eod nm strikes?..

Well its the only spec which after testing before eod had a rework how their utility works, and in eod another change where they gave it 2 dodges, + at the beggining of the eod it had such a bad dps, and the only healing build which worked cuz it could give alac was deleted by anet. So i understand people frustration. Rn it has okish dps if we exclude the bug abuse (altho people will keep demanding the buff everywhere now since its gonna be fixed judging by some posts made on forum and reddit), but it has weak cc if you are going full dps on it and the healer build just doesnt exist in PvE.

In raids or strikes probably yeah.. But it blows my mind when they say one thing and then miss the solution.. i have no problem if they wanna nerf condi alac ren, but just leave the dps cren alone, its already beeing played only by a few.. like nerfing ritualist gear would make more sence for targeting specificly condi alac ren..

If condi alac ren is overperforming then nerf condi alac ren dont touch the condi dps ren.... Look at the kitten ritualist gear instead.

I have a better idea, lets delete aegis, stab, quickness and alac from the game 🙂

Im surprised they still ignore nerfing their survivability at least. You are right about strike cms(especially when in lfg people ask specificly virtuoso as dps and its so annoying at the point where u just wanna for a spec to be deleted in the next balance patch so people would stop that virtuoso stacking bs....), but in fractals or raids its not as bad.

Yep, they definetely fixed the balance mess they did even from PoF, lets complicate things even more

It would all depend on how much content and what content we would be getting if they changed to sub-based model. If it would stay how it is rn then noone would pay that sub, but if that would mean that we would be getting new instanced content and new maps every 2 months or something like that people definetely wouldnt mind paying the sub. I mean maybe a sub model would also mean that anet would be getting enough resources to keep up with content production faster, but if they did nothing different from how it is rn it would be a disaster for them.

Its not about a gear... Its about getting more new instanced content for veteran players.. if you are the veteran lets say who only plays raids or fract cms, it wont matter if you dont have to grind your gear after a long break when there is literally nothing new to play for you.....

I can guarantee it would be the same story here too. Idk you just cant take seriously what people are saying in forums.. this post isnt an exception, if u look at how some people react to a balance patches too its like they understand those in the opposite way, and then despite spec beeing buffed it ends up in a million complaints how they "nerfed it" xd

Honestly now i really wanna see them releasing a new playable races, not because if i liked to play any new race myself in this game, but just because i would enjoy watching some people on this forum start losing their minds about it

As if it matters that much if u for a second stop attacking the boss at the dam open world, this isnt a raid with dps checks, people can freely learn how to dodge the attacks without beeing flamed or even better to learn that mechanics exist in this game like cc or a one shot moment where u need to hide

I agree on lack of the keys, but speaking about rewards, wasnt it bugged? I think the chests didnt drop all supposed loot i might be wrong tho "Fixed an issue that prevented Gyala Delve Mining Caches and Ancient Outcast's Mining Caches from awarding rare unidentified gear."

Rewards definetely could be better.. especially if it looks like a farmable map, kinda reminded me of silverwastes and drizzlewood mix.

Every new race would start at the new expansion and had their own story there, the excuses about "but they would need to rewrite the whole story" will disapear if they gonna do that. Plus if we expecting not to get 9 different elite specs each expansion "not enough resources" excuse goes away aswell

I rly hope they gonna add more stuff there since they mentioned there will be more fractal cms with each expansion

Idk i think besides solo open world content these kinds of builds need a new place where they would shine, new solo type of instanced content like fractals, and hey some people can say "just go solo fractals then 4Head" but then give us 5x more rewards if we are doing 5 man work there.. i mean people who raid just dont take open world seriously, but if there would be a solo content with the dificulty of raid or strike cms those people would change their mind about soloing builds, but i guess its just me dreaming about that kind of content which will never happen. Would be fun tho

DE is so overnerfed and free that teapot literaly killed it with 50 healers.... As long as you have your monitor on, that fight is a joke with any build, the only reason it can fail is beeing afk or not hitting the boss.. cc shouldnt be the problem either since EMP exists, and if they cant press only ONE button for that its not the builds fault, its the person beeing to lazy to play the game. Hell de even was killed with a 50 reapers who didnt even have a serious builds.. it was a random open world build which on golem does like 5k dps,the only boon that build had was self quickness, so again, DE meta is a joke... And about instanced content it would be relevant what build you are running only in cms and raids.
