  3. Blurred Frenzy did apply distortion which made you immune to current conditions which they changed to Blur. I certainly wouldn't mind if they changed it back but I don't see them making any positive changes to Mesmer that are worthwhile.
  4. Sword 1: Decrease or remove the after cast on the third hit. Removing a boon on the third hit doesn't flow well today. I wish it did more or moved to the second chain with the third chain hitting harder with no boons or only having one or two. Sword 2: Blurred Frenzy has seen quite a bit of negative changes over the years, primarily in damage. It needs a damage increase because it acts as a utility weapon rather than a damaging one. Sword 3: Nothing to change here other than Virtuoso sword 3 swap needs to immobilize instead of cripple.

  6. Balance team in all of their GvG wisdom don't want Phantasmal Disenchanter stripping boons while being invuln. EA and phantasms go back to being useless in fights.

  9. OG malicious sorcery should've made its way baseline for scepter. Otherwise it's a good weapon.
  10. Staff 5 needs to have its windup removed, however, CMC said on a stream that would never happen.
  11. You can Phase Retreat forward or backwards from your current position and targetting.
  12. Skill 3: Change it to: Wrenching Gaze - Tether to enemies to damage and drag them closer. Keep it as a -3 upkeep and scrap the auto-attack hit requirement.
  13. Otherworldy Bond: Yikes, drop the -3 upkeep to -2 in pvp/wvw. Being a melee weapon, getting 6 charges is just terrible. Make this a 900 range weapon and keep the 6 charges. Overall, the melee range weapon for what it's doing feels awful. Make it 900 range and adjust the auto-attacks.
  14. Skill 1 ambush: Kind of pointless to cut the range in half while dodging with Mirage. Opportunity cost to dodge should make it stay at 1200 with adjusted healing modifier. Skill 4: Pretty big wind up time for a two second stun. The phantasm doesn't go or flow with the kit. So at the very least, the phantasm activation needs to be sped up by .25s. Skill 5: Change it to be bi-directional one-time use.
  15. Pretty boring skills except for 5 which is kind of useless other than in pvp. Overall, underwhelming but it'll do what it's meant and that's healing.
  16. No one is saying that Vind greatsword needed changing. It was and should go back to 5 targets but this is the reality we live.in, unfortunately.
  17. No, all greatswords have a cap of 3 so they were keeping it uniformed.
  18. A support weapon that's range but yet melee. They're doing things different with these weapons which is nice but sometimes they tend to make things more complicated than what it should be.

  21. They really should've just reverted CoR back to its original design. Changing to what it is today was a top 5 boneheaded design move by them.

  24. Two mutually exclusive items. If abilities were client side, then you could easily modify GW2 memory locations to do a million damage, no cooldown(s), and infinite range. Player movement is done through the client syncing back to the server. It's why teleport 'hacks' will always be prevalent because the client tells the server that I need to be at xyz position and the server updates your position. I thought Casiano did the dupe through gambling which had some weird interaction to revert the gold/ectos from a toy.
