Honestly its a pointless debate anyhow because its a minor problem. Most objectives flip from being sieged. The people having a problem with this exploit stuff frequently need to tailor a counter and then abuse the hell out of it.
The multiple people cap idea isn't actually a bad one. Just make it 2 for towers/keeps. The people "practicing solo capping" are probably the ones exploiting into objectives.

Yes I sad 5 years ago nerfing damage so much would just polarize builds into tanky and gimic glass cannons. People running balanced builds can't kill tanky and they cannot survive 10 packets of 4k damage delivered in 1/2 second. I am nobody so disregard this.

South West spawn in alpine had a gigantic map break but was pointless. It was invisible wall fixed. Can still get on roof of swc though AFAIK. Again also pointless but fun.
Yeah yo'ur right. Instead of 60 second cooldowns they could make them 30 like other weapon skills and compensate by removing the blind bullet from black powder and the leap finisher from heartseeker. This would both make them competitive and enforce they're intended function.
They also need to put a cooldown on heartseeker. Thieves shouldn't be carried by spamming 10k damage while also getting free stealth. If putting 60sec cd on these two skills suddenly makes a thief not good then it is revealing just how much l2p applies to them.
