Yes. Elite specializations are the most fun thing about expansions aside from a wealth of new regions to explore. New regions u get with the ls already but it’s sadly also so that with each x pact core professions need to be redone kinda as well to be not broken and it must be done in a way to not affect existing spez. Sometimes I think Anet didn’t done themselves a favor with that....a full new class could been easier to balance The thing is one zone every three months doesn't feel anywhere near as good as getting an expansion that drops potentially 5-8 zones in the game at once. of course more is better but think about it, an x pact is technicaly the same its just like u get 5 LW at once but those need to be build as well and they are build in time. Lets just imagine HOT maps where all LW. U remember maybe at start of Dragon Stand there must be one player who reached that map first what can she he do now? wait for 100+ player to reach the map as well plus masteries if it would been gated with lw u would had from day full dragon stand maps to do the metas

to be honest. if it wasn´t for mounts & new elites, POF was essentially just a whole LS season. without adding new features, this "new" content is just more of the same. while it may work for others, it is not working for me. would i pay money for those LS releases? never. a new expasion with a CLEAR feature/content list (something like for example: 6maps, 1 new class, housing, 3 raids, 5 new fractals with cm, new pvp mode, wvw changes.........), i would open my wallet instantly Aaand there u go the LS gave u 2 mounts what would stop anet from giving u an Elite Spec with LS if they sees its financial more beneficial that way ? Is there some magic in x pac that only this format can do that ? Many mobile games are without suscription and they adding new content on the fly. They are play for free micro transaction only and they so i heard are the new most profitable market... What Anet could had done and maybe was or is planing is an GW2 Mobile addon which makes it easier for players to buy stuff in game using their mobile. If they add an mesmer elite specialization that's designed around super high DPS, that's fine so long as Mirage is the dedication condition specialization and Chronomancer is the defense, control, and boonshare specialization. If we get a new mesmer specialization that pumps out quickness and alacrity better than Chronomancer or condition damage better than Mirage that's when we'll start to have problems. I think current elite specialization balance is doing a fine job while allowing them to have unique flavor and niches. thats kinda the point isnt it ? what else can u add now to guardian for example? FB heal / Core pure dmg/ DH Range and CC (kinda) I dont think any special thing is missing right now. Except maybe a Guard who can stealth but than we slowly driften into the classes who can do everything what other classes can do

Add large button in inventory to deposit materials. I like that but can be improved hot key button or an auto deposit which can be enabled/ disabled

Good Not even sure need x pacts . I imagine Anet runs the numbers between investment and win and may so that expansion not really pay off. They split population in the once who has and who not have go full free to play some day could make it easier to get new player hooked. Specialization could still be added in fact everything could be added without one big x pac. The gem shop could be the way to go for everything so u buy those specialization only the ones u want even so I hope gemshop stays cosmetic only

ppl dont have the numbers anet has and they know that an xpact is always a risk with many dont buy it and than leaving while endless free updates and a cash shop which is running well is more smooth. Except this was not said (or I missed it and you might be so kind to provide a link), and if this much content would actually go into a Living World Episode, I doubt people would be unhappy. Given how none of the Living World Episodes EVER had this much content, that is wishful thinking. All we can do is wait and see. The only thing we know for sure is, there is a Season 5 coming after Season 4 and with the current release cadence, there won't be an expansion in 2019, and it might be tight for end of 2020 if at all. Yes, let's leave out the 5 maps, the couple of hours long story, the elite specializations, the mounts, the new armor set skins and all of it at once and not in 3 month cycles bit by bit... he said u get stuff so ?

Mike says with the next LS u will get 9 elite spezialisations/ Gen 3 legendaries/ a bunch of new mounts/ Player housing/ Buildtemplates / and a new way to costumize ur charracter and that all for free! Collect the whole legendary armor set and get the corresponding aquabreather free of charge. this or how about we get rid of Aquabreather rune slot and the six rune bonus just count from the helmet This.Remove Aquabreather as a gear/equipment slot.Make it a visual piece only, like an outfit, where you select the skin you haveunlocked to display OVER your helm, while in water.Use the normal helm for stats and runes in water.Aquatic outfist i like that ! do it anet get rid of Aqua breather and make it an outfit slot ! people miss the point of this post: Eye pain is just a side effect of what the bright lights and flashes are for and thats it for keep u playing longer. Like in a Casino u get constant stimulated by blinking and bright lights. The conspiracy theory i have here is anet doin this on porpuse to make u extend ur play time. I just hope anet can overthink that and find better ways to archive ppl play longer
