Add option that will block any squad invites to your characters.Everyday i do Tequatl with friends in party, and everytime some squad leader or squad members are spamming squad invites to everyone in their reach. So annoying. I am in party with friends, no need for squads =)Simple option that will block squad invites will be very good, leaving ability to join via 'Join Squad' from chat command, or right clicking on tag or squad members.
  2. Honestly, really disappointed. There was no practical reason to lower duration of 1 hour food, better idea was to give ascended foods 2 hour duration, hence the quality of it. And increase duration of homegrown primers. Only thing good for me: 3rd Garden Bed is filled now, for free. I even spared about 300-400 gold ( 1k gems is the cost of garden deed ).More garden slots i can use with much determination, but not for ascended food stuff.
  3. Can we have a fix for the bug, atleast i think this is a bug, with Mistlock Sanctuary and World Map? If someone links a waypoint or POI to you while you reside in Mistlock Sanctuary, World Map bugs, doesn't move and doesn't want to show you World Map position for linked waypoint or POI. Won't be bad to have auto-adjust for World Map's height levels to match height levels of linked(and then clicked =) ) POI or Waypoint.This is example of how it's behaving. I've tried to find Champion Rush vendor.
  4. There was a time when i mentioned that there was no evidence that Elder dragons can go full war on each other. Nothing in Guild Wars lore about it so far. And after hearing this i wonder if this will be a Steve(Bubbles) vs Jormag conflict?I always thought that Jormag is male, since most of the Elder dragons are males, and Jormag sounds male-ish (oO).But we still have no info about Deep Sea Dragon, who actually can be a female. Voices from the around Traveler belong to female, but one weak and very silent voice that says: Closer - seems to be male's voice ( 6:26 youtube video from above, sounds like a warning of someone coming ). Deep Sea Dragon have water as his\hers area of influence (possibly?), while Jormag has Ice ( same thing as water, but only under sub-zero conditions ). We know that Jormag were severely weakened by Balthazar's actions, alongside Primordus. If Deep Sea dragon is trying to overtake Jormag's area of influence and overtake him aswell, that could mean Elder Dragon's war.Female voice says: They will betray you - Deep Sea Dragon telling Jormag that Svanirs will be overtaken? oOAgain female voice says: You are stronger with me - trying to convince Jormag to submit? Will be fun turn-turn-turn if we will have to side with one of them =)
  5. People from arena net, i make this plea again :anguished:Can you do something with Soulbeast Beatmode mode and Mount Attacking abilities? I am doing alot of PvE stuff on Soulbeast with a build that rarely depends on disengaged bestmode ( i.e. permanent beastmode on )Mount's offensive abilities makes Soulbeast to lose beastmode, and puts it in cooldown. If you can't add some form of Beasmode auto activation in options for PvE, consider to add trait or maybe brand new pve-only signet that will perma-lock beastmode in active state. It's really annoying to randomly reactivate it on dismount P.s. not every offensive or regular dismount makes you lose Beastmode :anguished:
  6. I don't understand how gathering tool with dual glyph slot can be considered pay-to-win. It won't add any additional stats to make your character stronger and more efficient in raids, fractals or even wvw. It's just a gathering enchantment, the least favorite part of the game for me. But if possible combination of Inudstry with any of materials glyph so bothersome ( and that will be most popular combo, i am sure of it ), well, we have certain professions that able to buff alot of quickness on themselfs, walk around Orr and gather t5 nodes with lighting speed. And i hope noone forgot what quickness does for gathering.
  7. What i've described, it is QoL change for everyone, not for me personally. And what i've described, could be a most proper way of introducing dual-glyph tools. Whatever it will be patch-in into existing infinite tools, or whole new Black Lion Upgrade, which will promote current Rare Infinite tools into Exotics with two slots. As for some sort of superiority from Gemstore items to regular counterparts, that was mentioned here. Shared slots, for example, doesn't do anything but adding superiority. Once Salvage-o-Matics placed there, you won't bother to visit vendor to buy kits, not on a single character, hence - gemstore superiority.

  10. So far suggestion here were reasonable. 2nd glyph slot, atleast, a good way to compliment the amount of glyphs we currently have. It's started with Tailor, Letherworker, Watchknight, Bounty, Flight and Industry. Now they are twice as many.

  12. let's just check possible outcome of dual glyph tools.Dual glyph slot will have 1 slot for each type. Means, there won't be Industry + Bounty, or Leatherworker + Tailor on same gathering tool at same time. The biggest winner of it all will be Industry Glyph, the one most loved by all. It will work well with any material glyphs. Using Glyph of Reaping will conflict with any material glyphs, if material glyphs effect will work only for primary gathered node. All the nodes that were co-gathered won't bring additional materials. But maybe Glyph of Alchemist could work on all primary and co-gathered nodes in combo with Reaping. Yet, Glyph of Alchemist effect is limited to 150 units per day. Glyph of Bounty works well for Harvesting Herbs ( only one strike, fast animation ), benefits of additional maths will be present in small amounts. 33% for additional materials from single gather, with 33% additional strike chance, not even close to normal mining or logging. But Bounty+Volatility\Unbound on Sickle will be nice combo. Bounty + Leatherworker\Tailor\etc. on Mining Pick or Logging Axe could bring extra results, but effect of Industry overweight any additional strike chance. And ofc, no one uses Glyph of Flight =)
  13. Ok let me simplify it to the shortest =)Don't you wanna have Industry glyph with additional materials? :p Because, in most cases, it is the only glyph that will win from dual glyph tools. And it's just 50% faster gathering.
  14. Well, let's face it. There is a very good vendor that sells this:I understand, gathering tools with limited charges need bag space. But this vendor also a reason not to buy infinite gathering tools for gems, simply bacause it offers same glyphed gathering tools for just Karma. But more important, those glyphed gathering tools are separated into two types in this vendor's tabs: Matherial GatheringEnchanced GatheringThose limited-charge tools, are not so much inferior to Infinite ones, and their cost it's just a means to spare gems on expense of bag space.Infinite Gathering tools will be more appealing if they will have two slots, one for Matherial Glyphs, second for Enchanced Gathering Glyphs.

  16. Well thats the point, blizz don't want to nullify all the player's progress. Thats why they don't do that.And it was mentioed here aleardy, if Gw2 will have stand-alone successor, that will successfully take away company's attention. Gw2 support and player base will be Decimated.Gw1 servers are kept online only for Hall of Monument's calculation at this point. Player base there is very critical. And honestly, Hall of Monuments rewards are not for everyone's taste.

If you will reach the top of your current real-life career, will you drop it to start anew?Will you willingly go again to first class of the school to re-do that again after getting a college\university degree, without reverting your age? Well, moving to a whole new game, abandoning all what current players have right now, kinda the same. One of success points of World of Warcraft, that people, still, haven't been robbed of their progress. Gw1 webstore is not, and never was, that vast like current gw2 gemstore, thats why transition was easy.From all shared slots filled with gemstore items to 100% mount skins collection. Losing that, will make some parts of your body to be on fire.
  18. The most main reason why i like and play gw2 - Your character is alive. He\She have story. Not just a phantom and silent something wandering around. Another reason - you don't need to farm new gear each half of the year =)
  19. And not everyone farm gold to buy gems for gemstore stuff, thats the funny part. It's not just lose of gaming item for some players, but, in the end, lost investment. More the reason to be disappointed and simply quit if all will be taken away. And for those who farm gold for gems, it's just same side of the coin. Hard effort spent to achieve it.

Like i said in other thread, imagine player with 5 or even more characters with full legendary gears playing right now( yes there are players who do that ).Then gw3 happens with character slot as a reward for playing gw2?That player quits. Doesn't want to buy gw3, simply because doesn't want to re-live all the effort of legendary farm. Only way for gw3 to work is to transfer gw2 characters into it with all the hard working gears gw2 offer. Such transfer is not fun in terms of server's data base storage.And so, gw3 could put arena net in big risk of losing players, instead of adding more.

  22. Can you ( please! ) fix mesmer's Signet of Illusion?Make this signet spawn clones in PvE only if player in combat with chosen target. Since your chrono rework, i had to use this signet for better Shatter activation, but mechanics of this signet is hell. It's simply randomly spawn clones if you have even a glimpse of combat situation. Simple example in my case. I fought off hostile mobs, after a fight there is a small timeout for combat to wear off. And during this small timeout signet spawns clone, and it goes to fight with nearest neutral mobs even if my current target is nobody, even if that mob is not hostile to me. My actual hostile target is dead, no need for clone to spawn and run around map taking agro.
  23. Add a exit portal indicator ( run out timer ) for thief's new shadow portal, same as mesmers have.
  24. As the one who doesn't use Shadow Arts, i like how: Rending Shade: This trait no longer reduces damage from boonless foes. Instead it inflicts fear in a small area if it hits a boonless foe.Works even if i don't have it in PvE.

    RIP chrono

    So, Chrono now can't use full potential of boon removal with Shattered Concentration. Rendering chrono useless in Fractals under No Pain No Gain and Vengeance instabs. Cool. Should i use clone skills instead of boon wells now? =)
