Scrapper rename pet? Is this a bug?

If I right-click on F4 Bypass Coating, the ranger "Rename Pet" dialog appears?  Is this a bug?

Yes, it's a bug....and it seems exclusive to engineers.  My opinion is that it indicates that the new Engi spec will be a pet class....golems I bet, based on the icon.

Some coder probably forgot to add an additional conditional statement in the code requiring that the character not only be an engineer, but also have the new specialisation as a trait line.

FYI, it doesn't seem to matter what one's skill in the F4 slot is as far as I can tell.

I thought it was a fluke that I had rename pet pop up when I wasn't on a ranger.

I doubt it if we had a entire mechanic built around a pet which using a explode ability lost all relevency they would have a riot on their hands. 

Imma pressume it will be mech that we both can pilot and use as a pet realistically if they go down the pet route

I just hope they don't go the pet route all together, since I still want to have some slight hope that Anet is able to learn from their past mistakes...

if the pet-rename bug is anything to go on regarding this im still confused why its f4 and not f5. previous e-specs have had the f5 skill changed and f1-4 being standard toolbelt skills

We loose our F4 as a tradeoff? We choose wich ability we dont want the toolbelt but we keep the f5. I hope its a Golem full on pet, with the ability to ride it like in Titanfall. Maybee custom iy via ours masters traits?
