Ability to color Jade Mech and Jade bot

As the title say I would like the ability to color my Jade Mech and Jade bot to fit the color theme of my armor.

I named my mech 'Ruby' so maybe when people look at it they'll at least think of something besides green. Like, say, red. Or maybe Tuesday. I dunno. But yeah. Green, green, green.

I jokingly named mine toaster prime as a reference to Warframe and would like to be able to color it white, gold, and red

I think, if anything happens at all, mech skins will be added to the Gem Store and those skins may have dye channels. I have strong doubts about any customizability coming to the base mech.

 

But man, do we need something. Anytime I know I'm not going to be in combat (cities, sanctuaries, etc.), the first thing I do is hit F4 to reduce the green clutter and mech zipping about.

I suppose ANet will not add minion skins. 

 

It may be confusing in PVP because of "what the hell is that" reaction, and, to avoid that, if everyone will see a default pet, there will be less initiative to buy skins.

As cool as green and gold jade tech is, I want this too. Customization is just a lot of fun and I want it to match my armor tastes and outfits, too.

i dont want a skin... i just want to be able to change it some color that isn't bright neon green....

My mech has been named "Dyable mech please" since release. One day I hope they change it. Even if its buying mtx, I don't care.

Seems some guy hardcoded something 10 years ago. I dont know how to code, but i know you need to rewrite code to change that.
