GW2 Fan Patch: Banners and Quickness and Alacrity, oh my!

Hello Everyone,

After the Latest major Balance Patch here, and the subsequent hotfix and forum post here.
I took these events as a cry for assistance from Anet and got to work with some proposed changes to banners and some of the problems that haunt GW2.

The current proposed fan patch notes can be found below, and maybe with everyone's help we can get Anet to try to implement some of these things!

They most certainly are not crying for assistance.

If they were in need of assistance form players, they would have taken ideas that already exist in the Warrior subforum.

Instead, they refused to that and chose to spread uselessness all over the one thing that kept Warrior semi-viable.

They have the biggest boon of all. The ability have other players cheat death alongside not bleeding out. /s
