Laser rifle?

Hey, I'm sure I posted about this once already, but I can't find my previous post. I've been looking for information on a specific kind of rifle, and I can't find it yet. I've seen someone firing it a couple of times, but it's always in battle, so there's no time to ask what it is. It's a normal sleek-looking rifle, no crazy shapes or anything, but it fires a red laser-like beam, and makes a high pitched 'pew pew' noise, not at all like the standard 'blam blam' of my other rifles. Does anyone have any idea what this is? Thanks!

"High-pitched pew-pew" sounds more like the Super Adventure Box weapons, though, but those don't fit your visual description.

I can think of a couple options.

1. legendary rifle, either The Predator or Primordus' Persuasion

2. a Super Adventure Box skin.

3. Possibly a gem store skin?  I'm not familiar with the rifle skins there.

4. Skill-specific animations, such as Prime Light Beam from Holosmith or Death's Judgement from Deadeye.

It's the animation for Death's Judgement, the skill #1 when you are stealth. "Death comes on swift wings"

Red laser like beam, and high pitched pew-pew noise, that's 100% the deadeyes specific animation for rifles, it applies to all rifles, and if I'm not mistaken it's only overwritten by legendary rifle animation/sound effects. So yeah, you're looking for a specialization, not a rifle skin.
