The entire game.

If you mean things you can only do at level 80 then it's the vast majority of the game.

  • The last few chapters of the personal story and all the Living World and expansion stories.
  • Cursed Shore and all Living World and expansion maps - map completion, meta-events, collections, jumping puzzles etc. etc.
  • Training masteries to unlock new abilities and upgrade some existing ones.
  • Getting ascended and legendary items.
  • The final dungeon (Ruined City of Arah), and all Fractals, strikes and raids.
  • Collections and other achievements which require level 80 maps. (Most of them I think.)
  • Technically WvW is available from level 2 if you know where to find the portals (level 60 on a free account) but you can't really contribute much until level 80.

PvP is a bit of an anomaly, technically it's level 80 and certainly counts as an end-game activity for some people, but you don't actually have to level up first, everyone is upscaled to level 80.

But unless you have a very short list of interests or want to do things which don't give much XP (which is pretty limited, most things give XP in this game, all I can think of is role-playing which doesn't involve combat) you're probably going to get to level 80 long before you've done all the things you want to do and there's no reason you have to focus on things which are only available at level 80, you can keep doing whatever interests you even if it was available before then. For example a lot of people will do world bosses on level 80 characters even in starter maps.

If regular longterm endgame activities like PvP, WvW, fashionwars, Raids (and other high level PvE content) are not your cup of tea, you still could search for niche activities like performing ingame music, speedrunning, griffon flying, beetle racing, jumping puzzles (taxi service), roleplaying, etc.

There are many guilds and communities dedicated to those. 😊
