Use the quests https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Help_the_kodan_prepare_for_their_expedition_by_distributing_supplies Pick up Mr. Quiggles and hand him to Guiding Star during preparations then also complete the escort. Guiding Star should have an icon over their head during prep but it disappears for escort. I partied up with someone who handed it in and got the achievement. "Build-a-Quaggan" is the achievement to make Mr. Quiggles I think, I may be wrong but when I made it and then the expedition it gave me the mastery point. No, you don't have to do Build-A-Quaggan first, I got it right away at my first run through the event. Rayti.6531 Posted August 28 Share Posted August 28 Same here, did the event several times -> even when it's me handing over Mr. Quiggles to Guiding Star, I do not get credit (neither does my party/squad). I have that thing even in the home instance though I have NOT yet completed the "build a quaggan" thing. (Not even unlocked that achievement yet.) It sometimes appears in the home instance. Sometimes not. And I thought this achievement would also be related to the expedition one ... where with one (first expedition I did) I received all achievements even one where you aare supposed to bring a plush quaggan. (Or maybe it is enough if one other players does have it I guess it is suppoed to auto-complete after you did that "build a quaggan" achievement. But maybe enough if one player participating in the event has it completed.) It was fun to get 3 mastery points at once though. 😄 (The one for expedition with no downed kodan. Additional one for quaggan plushie. And it finished my event collection - 3rd mastery point.) They sure made some additional odd stuff.
