Trise.2865
Like "sheep" and "moose", the plural of Asura is "Asura".A passive group of Asura is a "college", but an active group of Asura is a "krewe".The sentence should be: "A krewe of Asura stole my lunch money.".Incidentally:A weak Asura is an "Asure"; a powerful Asura is an "Asuraga".An Asuran anthropologist is a "bookah-reader".An Asuran geneticist specializing in non-Asura cloning is a "bookah-publisher".An Asuran romance is an Eternal Alchemical Reaction. An Asura who is dependable or reputable is "Asura-thing". Tizlak: I’m assuming you mean an old asuran city?Aha. Good. So I've been saying it right all along.Yeah, it's usually how language works, you kind of subconsciously pick it up without actually acknowledging it and when someone just asks you, you might have to think about it before answering.I think people have asked this before though. Just to fulfill the pattern, the reason there are varied ways to refer to Asura and their creations is because it ends in a vowel. When talking about Charr technology, it's not Charran/Charrian, it's just Charr technology or Charr territory...but Sylvari also ends in a vowel but also doesn't have a different form to refer to things belonging to their race. Should it be 'Sylvarian' weaponry, for example? Or just Sylvari weaponry?
