Seriously.7953
Nothing huge, maybe $4.99 or $9.99 if they added more to Wintersday and halloween. For example, added new areas, maybe enhance or add new JP's, new items etc. It seems these areas are getting neglected yet there are still many people participating in them. PyrateSilly.4710
Honestly they put the events into the game not only for us to enjoy but also since they are recycled every year with very few new things added then gives them time to actually enjoy the holiday with their own families. Let them take the time to enjoy things in real life with their own families during the holidays!!
Just a flesh wound.3589
How about if they bring back old stuff, like the quest to get the Mad Memoirs or bring back activities like instead?
Seriously.7953
Well, I don't think that is an issue. The type of content they work on doesn't have much to do with their vacation time. They are either at work developing something (POF, HoT, bug fixes, etc.), or they are on vacation.

Rauderi.8706
MMOs and holidays are pretty much meant for small hype and rehashed events.
LanfearShadowflame.3189
Throwing money at a problem, perceived or actual, doesn't necessarily solve the problem. Only so much can be accomplished given that there are only so many hours in a given day. "Hire more people" I hear you say. Couple of things here:1) They may already have funds with which to hire more people, but have not found candidates they feel are qualified.2) Onboarding takes times.3) Turn over is as much a thing in this industry as any other. Fenom.9457
I'd pay lots more than that. I do it anyway, if I have money - when I'm happy with a release, I but gems, more the happier I am, but within bounds of what money o actually have. I'd be very happy with me holiday content, enough so to buy gems AND pay for the content itself
Cyprien.4208
I'm not the type to buy candy during Halloween for my self or buy my self gifts for Christmas besides they sell mini and outfits during holidays to help support the game holiday events.Edit: This is pretty much how loot boxes got started by people asking to pay for things they before got for free. mtpelion.4562
I'd like them to put the removed content back in (mini games, rewards, etc), and fix some of the other events back in as regular recurrences (Dragon Bash, Queen's Gauntlet, Bazaar of the Four Winds), but am otherwise fine with the idea of the events being the same each year. They are annual holidays that give us something to do without putting additional strain on their development team. With that being their goal, keeping them simple is the obvious way to make them achieve it.

Omar Aschi Popp.7496
You poll questions are loaded and you know it."No, it's fine as it is" is our only no option if we like holidays. LOADED AS FUDGEIt is NOT ok as it is.
Shirlias.8104
the 4th options would have been "seriourly are you gonna pay for seasonal extra content?"Btw, more than 1/4 agrees to pay for extra content... Yuk...
OriOri.8724
Where's the only proper answer which is"No, they should just be expanding the holidays for everyone"

Electro.4173
There's no way we should have to pay for holiday content. If they can put out free LS updates every couple of months, then adding some small stuff to the holiday content should be feasible and free as well. I'm fine paying for expansions, but this is still an MMO with continual free content updates, and holiday content should fall into that category and not basically paid DLC, which is essentially what a "mini-expansion" would be. Nikal.4921
I'd vote no, but I don't think it's fine the way it is- not if they never make any changes or at least add new rewards. I just don't think we should have to pay them to do that. Other games without subscription fees manage to do it without charging extra for it. caveman.5840
its meant to be fun don't over think it , its a short change from the same old same olddo your best try to do a lil better than the last year ... no reason to be dull no reason to go out of your way
Samnang.1879
i dont mind paying for it if it's good content.but it wouldn't be the business model/approach i would expect from anet, considering they gave us LS episodes for free...

Just a flesh wound.3589
So they people who don’t pay for this “small holiday expansion”will be left standing with their nose to the window looking in at the people who paid and get to play?Yah that will go over with a bang. Dreamy Lu.3865
I find generally celebration events fine as they are, except for one: The Lunar New Year, that I find having a poor content. If we don't like the dragon ball, what is my case, we have nothing to do.
Altair.8402
Even if the content they make is worth the price, charging for stuff like this sets bad precedents in the MMO community and will give GW2 more bad press.Oh, and I almost forgot the irony of charging money for Christmas related content.
