So far I've only noticed the bug with Lightning Reflexes. It's been there for an eternity tho. I'm convinced it's a feature at this point.

It's not a bug. Revenant is a class favored by the best players, and the best players tend to win.

It's a bug with Taunt, skills that make you roll back like Roll Initiative, Lighting Reflexes and Riposting Shadows have a delay that's really bothersome to deal with.

If you're going to nerf it down to one second, do it for all the skills. That includes Beastly Warden which the damn circle isn't even accurate to the actual application.
