I always wanted an elite having ‘monster’ kind of phantasms. This makes sense as Mesmer is supposed to send quite disturbing visions to the enemy, not just clones. Ferin Delanore.2674 Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 I am trying hard to remember where I saw someone say this but If I remember correctly this is not a Mesmer, it is a concept art of a warrior being attacked by a Mesmer spell "seeing phantasms" or visions of reality shattering. Just a piece of concept art nothing connected to a Mesmer ingame other than the "idea" of what Mesmers do. Same as we saw with the Caithe art piece of her waking up the Mossheart etc. Art for GW2 (and other games) is used to mostly help developers better visualize their ideas.
