How'd Joko get free?

Did I zombie through a PoF mission and miss where Joko was freed from the jail in the Precipice of the Lost? It seemed like he was there and then suddenly he's free ?

He got freed off-camera, hence why the PC's convinced Joko was still imprisoned until they hear his voice.

It's pretty heavily hinted that Balthazar's death would inadvertently free Joko as well.

Balthazar isn't alive no more to keep him bound. So Lord Joko was able get out of the little prison he was in.

How’d he get free? I’m guessing he swaggered out after Balth’s magic became lunch.

From what I've understood, the current theory is that he waltzed out pretty much like we did, perhaps with the encouragement of the Judge.

I like the idea that he hollered around and annoyed everyone until the judge was able to boot him straight out of the portal. :)

There's no room for Joko in Heaven and Hell's afraid he'll take over.

Re-do the mission, I did, it sounds like Joko, but it doesn't sound like he's actually here, it sounds more like he's speaking through someone else...at least it did to me the second time I went through it as I was listening very closely. It might be that he's near to returning from the Domain of the Lost and is using a vessel at the moment, or he could really have returned already.
