All during the event, my XP goes to the generic XP bar. However, when the end rewards are given, I get a small bump to my IBS Mastery. Is that a mistake or intentional?

Is the drop rate on this item super low? My guild has been trying to craft memorials for our departed guildmates and we need several Essences of Light to craft Eternal Flames for our Guild Hall. I leave a character in the Secret Garden to farm the air elementals there, but they don't drop the item for me. I've done this a few times for at least an hour each time, but not a single drop. Is there something else I should be doing?

That's a really clever idea and fits right in with the Skritt theme. I wonder why they didn't run with it.

Originally, I also thought the DSD would be revealed as the mother dragon. However, after thinking more about it, I'm thinking the DSD isn't the mother, but still WITH the mother in the Unending Ocean. There's plenty of room to hide something down there, especially if it's asleep or somewhat inactive. It could be that the Mother is actually The All and birthed the Dragons to balance out Tyria's magic. She could be Tyria's analogue to Gaia in what she represents and her role in creating other high level beings (in this case, Dragons). In these Mythologies, there's usually at least one "kid" that's loyal to the parent god, so that may be why the DSD seems to stay out of the chaos the others engage in.

So, I was playing the most recent story and Jormag keeps mentioning how it is linked to its brother Primordus, how they're twins, how this is a curse for Jormag and how Primordus is mindless. Is it possible that the reason Jormag seems to have two minds/voices and Primordus doesn't have even have one, is because Jormag somehow stole Primordus' mind from him? I don't know if that could be something Jormag intended to do, but it seems strange for one twin to view itself as a multi-person and for the other one to not really be a person at all. (Also, I'm using person in a very generic sense)

I was sad when Lunar New Year came and that one NPC had a unique ponytail that we can't use. I think the Chinese client has a longer version of her hair though. If I get this image in here right, it's the bottom left one, but the end is shorter.

I've played this game since the beginning and met many incredible people along the way. One of those friends was Judith (AKA Kathara, Fyrehawke, numerous others) and I was lucky enough to play with her for several years. She loved the Ranger class and almost every character she had was some form of Ranger. She was extremely generous and always willing to help anyone she met with their game goals, no matter how big or small. She even took several of us back to the original Guild Wars to help us work on our Hall Of Monuments and learn more of the lore behind the games. For as kind as she was, she was also a very tough woman and spent many years battling illness. Despite the pain, she remained upbeat and optimistic. Unfortunately, cancer finally got the best of her on February 28th, 2021 and Tyria lost one of it's greatest champions. May your legend continue to be told for centuries to come, my friend.

Usually, when I'm trying to craft something like an axe, each item needed is part of a dropdown menu. So, if I need to make an axe blade on my weaponsmith, I press the arrow and it takes me to that recipe. Why doesn't that work for Stormcaller Cores? My weaponsmith has the recipe for them, but I have to search them out separately, then go back to the axe I want to make.
