    No, for DPS at endgame most attribute combinations that aren't full damage aren't optimal. Viable means that you can succeed by doing it. You can kill a raid boss with any stats. People have done it naked.

    I feel like this would be a valid argument if the requirement was "beat the strike mission without dying". But if you have the ability to load into a strike mission and put at least the bare minimum level of effort in, that's enough to complete that objective with 9 other people you're probably never going to meet again.

    You can get the raptor and the springer in the second map, and most of the high-up hero points have zip lines that go directly to them; the ones that don't have ziplines that go to somewhere you can walk to them from.

    Rares and exotics give globs of ectoplasm instead of luck. You can salvage the ectoplasm for dust and luck, or use it for crafting, or sell it.

    That isn't what you said the your issue was before. The word "bigot" has existed since the late 1500s. It's not a "new word" or some kind of "modern political concept". They're simply using a word for its well-known definition. That's how language works.

    Is this your first time interacting with the Guild Wars franchise? The bigotry of the Ministry of Purity isn't exactly a new concept.

    Have you fully downloaded the game's content? I know that when HoT launched, if you hadn't downloaded a pre-rendered cutscene when the game wanted to play it, it'd wait until it downloaded to continue accepting input or rendering frames.
