Maybe make sure youre actually in range before you use a skill. This is an issue on you,not the skill. When it comes to targeting make sure youre in that squad when the person died so you can use the menu on the left side of your screen to target him instead.

That something wont happen,so they might want to add things like Tourneys again instead.

So people have a reason to care again. Week long ? Or a couple of weeks long tourneys with a Proper end reward so people will maybe bother playing this game mode as it is supposed to be played ? So people will maybe start scouting and roaming again,flipping things more as just rushing that one objective over and over.

Its the same on Scepter 1. It says it supposed to be 900 range,but it reaches more to like 1.2k range.

Dont think you see the issue. Ive bought lots of outfits myself,and gifted mount packs to friends ingame.. Im talking about the Price of this particular skin,not about wanting something for free.

I just think when looking at outfits theres more work to it,and theyre 700 gems max. 1600 for a skiff skin is just a rip off.

How can you ask 1600gems for a boat skin when Outfits are max 700 ?

Yeah because the rewards is exactly why im playing this game mode... They are indeed out of touch with the "veteran" playerbase,however you wanna call it.

It just came to my attention that allies being targeted with Shroud don't see the beam. Ive had it where people kept running away from that beam because they just dont see it. I think it would be beneficial for allies to see that they have a condi cleansing beam goin on them and knowing im in shroud aswell. Maybe change Shroud beam to another colour when targeting allies ( blue/green ) ? Or reduce its colour intensity so it wont be a cluster* of effects going on ? I do think it would help alot when allies are able to see the beam being casted on them.

And i feel bad for players that do know how to play and get matched up with 3 "new" players..Over...and over...and over...and over again. Its much fun man ! Why would i feel bad for them when my own fun is being ruined by their gameplay aswell ? When i have 2 - 3 ppl every match that dont know what to do and just rush mid and ignoring instructions then im just done and rather play something else. There is no teamplay with these people,there is no sense of awareness of where to go and what to do. Its just Rush Mid. And that's getting old. Like tonight ive had several matches where most of the match ive had 2 - 3 people on me on home or far. Yet nothing flips but my team somehow keeps dying over and over to 2 people.. You can say ranked is any different,but ive seen the same thing. Its like the playerbase skill just isnt what it used to be anymore and everyone just likes to gank it. It goes both ways.

I remember this video i saw years back where 2 guilds were having a GvG on home bl near the Mill on south and this Anet dev came screeching in how they were ruining his game mode... ahh fun times !

If they want to keep this gamemode healthy this needs a change. The aoe spamm as ever,is broke. The Aoe heal/condi spamm/condi cleanse share/barri shares/block shares/reflect shares/boon share is insane. Smaller sized groups just have no chance anymore vs anything bigger. I dont know why I even bother because Anet doesnt give a kitten and I will probably get kitten on by people who do only run in these setups. WvW is in a kitten state.

Alliances wont change a thing. Balance is the issue.

The backstep is fine when targeting enemies. But the port towards allies can cancle Endless night out pretty easily. The port usually ports me almost inside my allie ( It's way too upclose ), and if he moves a step backwards it will cancel out Endless night. I think Endless night could be given the same treatment as Flaming Flurry on Berserk warri ( Sword F1 ). The volleys follow target in every direction,in your back,to the sides without having to face your enemy and it will never cancel itself out.

Im sorry youre blind to the issue at hand. More people keep dropping out, but keep pretending nothing is wrong.
