Hm, how about a new mastery within the further parts of SotO: Ley-Lines mastered: You get a new skill (for skyscale & Griffon): you can toggle if you are affected by ley-lines or not (default NOT affected).

That excatly is the reason, why I proposed that the task assignment is based on Expansion played and not expansion bought. Is really bad marketing to force the people to NOT pre-buy expansion, only buy them, when you are ready to enter them.

My proposal was: It clearly should not be by map-entered, but I don't see an exploit in changing the system from expansion owned (current) to expansion started i.e. mastery system of the expansion unlocked.

If you equip a legendary weapon, replacing another legendary weapon you had equiped, the new equiped weapon should take over stats, sigils and infusions from the unequiped weapon and not be unconfigured. Equiping lower quality weapons replacing legendary weapons via double-click in the inventory should be (optionally) disabled. Alternatively every legendary weapon should remember it's last configuration (even better: per build slot).

Before you transfer: I hope you aware are of the timezone difference between NA and Europe: If you transfer to a german server like Elona be aware that the primetime for guild raids is 19:00-23:00 CE(S)T, which is 13:00-17:00 on US East Coast and 10:00-14:00 on US West Coast. During US primetime most people sleep in Europe. Also have a look at https://de-forum.guildwars2.com/forum/16-gildensuche/ where german speaking guilds are looking for german speaking members. Btw.: Instead of transfering your main account, simply make a new one for free on the world you like 😉 to try it out and if you like it you can buy HoT+PoF on an occasion to have access to mounts,builds and transfers between main and second account. 2 accounts are also useful for gold farming, as several lukrativ things you can do only once a day/week per account. If you play in EU and set your localisation to german (with right-cntrl you can switch temp. back to engl.) you will also be placed on map instances with german-speakers, turning your map-chat (also in PvE) to mostly german as well.

No: Skimmer has no replacement at all Bunny (CC) & Raptor (Pull) have unique attacks (but for movement they are quite superfluous compared to skyscale) Beetle is the fastest, if the terrain and your skill allow it Turtle is the only (cc) attack without unmount and the only one for person transport.

I don’t have scribe and I crafted some of aurenes leggies. Simply buy the paper in the TP. i like gw2efficiency as good guide to craft leggies.

With gliding and prototype position rewinder this version of the clock tower is really just a trainig ground for JP-newbies.

In LS4 (sandswept Isle) you can buy a Position Rewinder that makes all JPs much easier.

Somehow game developers think that player only feel rewarded, if they have to click. The more they have to click the more rewarded they feel. That's why it was a hard and lucky fight to get auto-loot (but we got it 🙂, but since IBS we also got chests that aren't autolooted anymore 😞 ), and thats why you get boxes in boxes in boxes ...., where it could open them auotmatically, and that's why you have to click the WV manually. Dear Developer, I don'rt feel more rewarded, if I have to click more, in fact most often I feel annoyed (opening boxes isn't why I play the game), sometimes I feel punished (and expecially my mouse button is punished), when I have to do all the manual clicks in my inventory to clean it.

Maybe you switched off that your compass shows them?

Btw. Current max for shared inventory is 29 but only reachable to those that bought HoT and PoF as 2 separate packages, in fact max buy is 25 and there was an additional one in every of the 4 expansion packages. I wonder what’s with those that bough all 3 dragon expansion together, only 27 for them?

The first and easiest thing to do: buy a lvl 10 jade bot core in the TP should give you over 2k additional health. PoF is generally said to be easier than HoT so try PoF first, especially as this gives you mounts, which in fact make everything easier. I am not a fan of playing guardian so I cannot give you many tips on that. But I always liked to equip range and melee weapons to switch in OW (e.g. you can dose aggro much better with a range weapon, instead of jumping meelee into a group of mobs), so I once played dragon hunter with longbow and sword+shield and traps and at least that worked in OW (finished HoT+PoF with it). HPs are easiest in core-tyria, 2nd in EoD, 3rd in PoF and hardest in HoT (as it has many champs I.e. group events). Also check your build, everything has changed in the last 9 years. LEARN the mobs, i.e. their attack-animations and your best reaction to it. There is not only dodge, there is also stability/stun-breaks, aegis/dodge, missle-block/reflect and much more. Lean how to buf yourself with might and fury, (and maybe also quickness or alacrity) having all nearly doubles your damage output. For solo play I think a permanent speed buf of at least 25% increases survivability a lot. If you don't find any better way there are traveller-runes. Generally I think Marauder is the better choice than Berserker for solo play as it gives you a larger buffer to react to surprises, without loosing to much damage. If you are looking into a different class: The easiest to play is the Mechanist (EoD-Elite of Engie). I can also recommend a Marauder Daredevil with maximal (there is a trait, a signet and food) life-steal on crit.

Mechanist engie from EoD is nearly the only end-game build that uses a pet (jade bot). Is mostly welcome in parties as Heal Alac Mech or Power Alac dps Mech or Condie dps Mech Soulbeasts (PoF Ranger) usually have their pet absorbed. The other rangers have it, but not sure how much they really use it. Some Necro builds still use a golem, but a minion master necro I rarely see anymore

I think you have a wrong perspective to look at wvw, the competitive aspect is mostly irrelevant in wvw (it doesn't really matter who wins, and victory isn't decided by quality but by quantity, which is based on linking and transfers), but the team play aspect is most relevant. WvW is in fact the largest team-play in gw2. You organize (more or less) with hunderests of other players. I know that the opponets are humans, but I don't care, for me they are just less predictable (than scripted NPC) obstacles in my way to my goals. I do not compete with then, I succed or fail to overcome them.

Getting legendaries seem to be the only reasonable way to keep that number of chars up to date. In facts that’s what the legendary armory is made for: Get them once, equip them on as many chars (of that armor class) you have and adapt stats whenever you like.

You know the Training area in Seitung? It has a mech with easy soloable break bar and a combo field training as well. But most often I go to the bunny meeting at wyvern matriarch to break a bar and get 0.7g reward in less than 2min as well or to Dragonstorm to get 3.5g in 15min.

You forget that a motorcycle and a caravan of several 40t are affected differently by traffic jams, there are even roads where the caravan itself is a traffic-jam. 😉 In fact, it is only the data-center, if all player are affected more or less equally, if only a few are affected it's them.

If it only concerns oceanic, then it's not ANet, it's the route from oceanic to AWS Virginia (NA-server)/ AWS-Frankfurt (EU-Server). Such statements are nonsense, there is no such thing like "my internet" (there is your connection to the internet, there are millions of routes throught the internet, that may behave all different and may change behaviour over time and there is the datacenter serving your request). If you say for instance, my internet is fine because I've zero problems with YouTube videos you forget three things: Youtube is servered by 20+ data centers distributed world-wide, while an online game must route alle player to the same server and just because there is never a traffic jam in one direction, it doesn't mean there are no traffic jams. Youtube only needs download and can use buffer to smooth variation, whereas online game have also a critical upload and every package turnaround is important A statement like "My Internet is fine as YouTube is fine" has as much meaning as "There are no traffic jams world-wide as I never hit one when driving to my supermarket" How can you check, where is a traffic-jam on your route to the gw2 server? Join a GW2 map and type /ip in chat. This gives you the IP number of the instance you are playing. open a powershell in windows, type tracert <above ip-number>, you get the route your packages take through the internet, till they reach Amazon AWS, from there on you only get timeouts as amazon doesn't let you trace its internals, my gate (in EU) to amazon AWS is e.g. pni-amazon.glb3.init7.net [77.109.134.135] now you can start an ongoing ping to that server (77.109.134.135 in my case, but yours is likely different) ping -r 77.109.134.135 (currently (lunch-time) my ping is 99.9% between 3ms and 30ms, but in the evening it's much higher, as my internet provider sold to more customers as he can serve well in primetime. Traffic jams often harm 1 direction more than than the other.

I guess it means they aren't satisfied with SotO sales, i.e. percentage of active accounts having it. They increase the "See what you miss" with it.
