A handful of proposed changes.
Keefe.3821 replied to Azure The Heartless.3261's topic in Player vs. Player
Nah, leave lich alone. It's easy to deal with and makes necromancer a big target. Bring back retaliation. Give necromancer full life forever force upon spawn. No other class has to charge a base mechanism and necromancer shouldn't either. A necromancer without life force is useless and can't return to battle because of this obvious handicap. Fix action camera so it stays fixed to the target regardless of its location. Stop putting the map menu on screen whenever players reenter the que. It has gotten me killed so many times its ridiculous. Bring back ALL amulets & sigils to pvp. Give people the freedom back to play whatever builds they want. This also allows players to test builds before spending gold. -
Improving Harbinger's interactions with Blight
Keefe.3821 replied to KinkyPotato.4219's topic in Necromancer
It does seem strange that Transfusion doesn't work seeing that harbinger has boon sharing. -
I think it would dope to find out they introduce a new weapon though that's really a stretch. This is related to the icon with the arms what appears to be pauldrons. Imagine they reveal that engineer's elite spec is a new double fist weapon. Like you're playing as Jax/Cyborg from Marvel. The double shield idea is also cool since we haven't seen that yet. I think that would fit the idea of guardian perfectly. I guess because I like playing as support classes/builds the most. Whatever comes, I welcome.

Ah the many things I hate about Anet. First they make pvp sparing area smaller and uglier. Then they continually take amulets away. The amulets were also the only way to test builds before investing gold in the gear. Gotta love it.

Server Maintenance Reward is super unfair
Keefe.3821 replied to Aechidna.3084's topic in Account & Technical Support
Im glad I wasn't the only one affected. Im sure they will compensate everyone but I'm not investing in this game until this issue is addressed -
Anet ignores all small details that would improve the quality of game play for the minority. Maybe when this option is related to revenue it will be implemented.

[Suggestions]QoL (Quality of Life) Ideas [Merged]

The option to automatically deposit materials when that enter your pack. -
Massive Lag Spikes, Massive ping , disconnects ...
Keefe.3821 replied to Faggins.3476's topic in Account & Technical Support
Yes, and it happens randomly. I log in wvw with fully queued map, while zerging, and everything is running smoothly. Then I log in and everything is chippy with an empty map. -
This is needed. I think it's ridiculous that we still need to request options such as this in 2020. Any and everything cosmetic should be reviewable. It only makes sense.

Please "shuffle" these skills back. Nobody asked for this and no other class has had a skill shuffle for a weapon that has been the same since the beginning. The swords have been ruined.

Aurene missing from Eye of the North?
Keefe.3821 replied to RexDragon.9581's topic in Bugs: Game, Forum, Website
She's missing for me too. -
Yep. It's always fun to take a break from gw2 and return to to find out what anet has nerfed (destroyed) so I can pick up the pieces and salvage what I can.

Idea: AoE Ground Target Option Change
Keefe.3821 replied to arenta.2953's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Still waiting for this to become a reality. It only makes sense that as this game continues to evolve that more in depth customization becomes available. Being able to choose if you want to automatically use ground target skills on yourself is necessary. Especially seeing how charges have been made to engineers. Or maybe I'm roaming as a reaper and want to drop wells on myself automatically. Not all ground targeting skills should be used on others. Seeing how we have templates the process becomes that much easier. -
It’s to deter transferring frequently. I understand the bs reasoning behind their actions. but if they really wanted to defer people from transferring then they wouldn't give us a way to do it. Also, we have to pay cash to transfer. They take my money but punish me for PAYING for a service they are giving.
-
This is bs. I'm enough of a citizen to pay anet the expensive transfer fee and enough of a citizen for anet to take my money. But I'm not enough a of a citizen to get pips I earned? What the hell do pips have to do with transferring anyway. Just more illogical anet bs.

Runecrafter's Salvage-o-Matic concerns [Merged]
Keefe.3821 replied to ROMANG.1903's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
I made this thread as it really gets straight the point of the biggest concern with this item. It doesn't function like a Black Lion Salvage Kit which is what most people will find out the hard way. -

So send in a ticket explaining the confusion (politely) and asking for a refund. Its worth a shot I guess -
Runecrafter's Salvage-o-Matic concerns [Merged]
Keefe.3821 replied to ROMANG.1903's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Just a PSA to those planning on buying this item and didn't understand its functions. IT DOES NOT work like a Black Lion Salvage Kit. It only salvages runes at a 100% rate and will NEVER recover them. -
Runecrafter's Salvage-o-Matic concerns [Merged]
Keefe.3821 replied to ROMANG.1903's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Basically, I wasted my money thinking the Runecrafter and Black Lion Salvage Kit worked the same. This really pisses me off. Runecrafter's Salvage-o-Matic: Double-click to salvage crafting materials from an item in your inventory. 20% chance of rarer materials. 100% chance of salvaging upgrades. Black Lion Salvage Kit: Double-click, then select an item in your inventory to salvage for crafting materials. 100% chance of recovering upgrades (excluding infusions). 50% chance to get rarer materials.
