You don't have to break stun if they follow up with another cc. If they follow up with damage, then break stun.

Yeah it would go on full CD. I feel like it should be a burst heal, high reward high risk, to be honest I even considered making the heal even higher, in the 14k region, but I didn't want to scare people too much. Thanks for clarifying. -

Wings of Resolve always feels like an evade for some reason lol -
PvP: any mirage except condi is dead, chrono is dead, core is barely aliveWvW: mirage is carried with food a bit, rest are deadPvE: mirage is ok, chronojail is still kinda there, core is deadMan I hope Guardian(meta in all gamemodes btw) or Revenant(meta in all gamemodes btw) also gets in a good place.

I mean, what happens if it backfires? Mesmer mains are used to getting casual 50% shaves at this point.Mesmer was dead way before 25 february patch, only mirage was a thing.

For me, only D/F LR Weaver with Air, Arcane, Weaver is a bit problematic. It procs a bit too much. Otherwise I don't think it's very op or first priority for balance patches. -
To be honest, torch and warhorn are PbAoE weapons. I don't think they are a big issue, EXCEPT WHEN THEY HAVE A DURATION.They shouldn't have a duration but an animation followed by the effect. Lingering AoE skills shouldn't be on weapons anyway.

It has a lot of reflects / blocks and the only way a ranger can kill it is kiting, which is a bit hard when you want your teammate to be alive.Just kill the other guy first since a huge portion of the damage from condi mesmer comes from blocking.

Firebrand is either hybrid (sage) or power (mender)Only a few people can play mirage good Only cRev is very good as a condi build in this meta, condi is fine for now, move along.

You can thank whoever put an unrefined version of it to metabattle, I've been playing it since scourge&firebrand&condi thief meta :P It's not really strong (it's something you can just ignore), but I know many people will cry about it if it becomes meta.
