Gibson.4036
I'm curious, now that we have had the guild chat, and with the beta just around the corner, where do you think you'll try out your turtle? What places in Tyria seem ripe for bombardment? Anyone planning a mass turtle army with their guild or other groups?
Batel.9206
The Heart of Thorns maps are always a terrible good idea. If it can survive and hold its own there, it can do so anywhere. 😜 ...anyone have a better idea before I yeet my turtle into a mass of Mordrem?
Randulf.7614
Starter zones first to drink in the newbie glory and worship. Then Orr. Those zombies are prime targets
Norbe.7630
I'll test it here for a day to see if how much loot it can get without getting pulled by ibogas. Mass Turtle army farming bombardment... Lets Go! PS: Sorry to some that I think I popped their balloons. But Im just being.... again brutally honest. Norbe.7630
We need this kind of thing on mounts. We already have it on Silverwastes, tons of them, though not on mounts yet. When i saw the livestream that the dev runs around in circles, this video came to my mind the first time. Gibson.4036
Good ideas! After the Retun event, I’m hoping to see a bunch of turtles taking the bridge in Grothmar. Turtles v. I can only assume that the turtle will be similar.

Flapjackson.1596
Taidha’s door. It’s been a long time coming. Let’s see what happens.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
You would not be able to take the Siege Turtle far in the Boiling Sea, as the Siege Turtle can only walk on the bottom, and the bottom of the Boiling Sea is out-of-bounds.  1

Is there not a bottom? I got underneath the map in Dragon's Stand once and found a legit bottom with my skimmer once.

Yes, there is a bottom; but, when you go to it you get a message, 'Return back or ...something (I don't remember)'. I didn't return fast enough, and died (on the bottom).
Quench.7091
I want to take it to the Straights of Devastation and Bloodtide Coast. Those two zones have some interesting underwater terrain that I want to try navigating upon the turtle. They also come equipped with enemies and underwater events. Sadly, the base game has the best underwater decorations. Newer zones, like the Sandswept Isle, are lacking the same level of inspiration. You can tell that Orr had a lot of love put into it. 2
Tails.9372
Gonna drag it into popular meta events like Dragonstorm to see how getting carried fighting with it in actually relevant content feels like.
