For ele streamers, we are left with grimjack and cellofrag. Sometimes naru. 

One of my favorite and most dangerous ele I've witnessed in pvp is an FA/LR scepter focus core named Koto. I'm sure many of you have seen or heard of him. All of the matches I've been in with him had a 100% win rate and he could easily 1v3 at the FFA arena with his glass build.

He was a former E-sports player also (Ele main). The people that say he wasn't, is another fiction people have manufactured to make it easier to put fault on him.

How does that even work with how glassy core is?

Best example: Wvw Support builds. 

S Tier builds like firebrand and Scrapper are still S tier. 

Builds like Tempest and Real Rev, which were b and c tier respectively, did go done a tier. Because on top of the flat nerfs, both had their main heal potential cut in half. 

Shouts and facets to 5 targets from 10.

 

Basically, Tempest before the nerfs was already 2 tiers below the best builds and barely worth playing. 

Now it's pretty much useless thanks to the double nerf.
