They don't ... how do you even know they are AFK? And to be honest, it's actually pretty easy to complete that heart in Bloodfin Lake without having farmers interfere with it. But I guess that accessible information doesn't make for a good thread to complain about not liking someone's playstyle does it? You should also be aware that killing enemies is not the quickest way to complete that heart.
