Stop showing teams what the other team is playing at the start.

Obfuscating what classes the other  team has is fine. That might make balance issues more apparent and give a clearer idea of what people generally feel safe playing.

They should be able to change, but not see what opponent has. At least for a bit. 

You could always select what you're queing as. Other games do this. It can be as complicated or as basic as the community wants. Power, Condi, Boons, Heals, Bunker. Support, DPS.

Edit. Or depending on what you select, these rolls are determined for you.

They could make it similar to Overwatch, where your team enters a "training ground" until you have 5 teammates. Give each team 1minute to select their roles (the other team CANNOT see what you've selected). It would also be more reliable if they removed rerolling classes and made it to where you had to have 3 pvp loadouts pre-built prior to queue. That way, players can't switch classes, but can adjust their builds to fit what role is required.

Currently players rerolling are dampening the failings of matchmaking. There are no rule designations or anything, you often end up getting a botched comp that will just lose the match for you by default. Unless that gets fixed somehow,  locking players from rerolling is a net bad.
I like the "hiding enemy team" part though. We could totally have that. Your team can do all the rerolls to make sure you have support, sidenoder, roamer etc.. but you cannot reroll to hardcounter the enemy on purpose. That would be a nice compromise.

People should be able to change build based on information about your team. If you notice your team has 3 supports, swap.

People shouldn't be able to change build based on information about the other team. It's not fair to queue as an Ele, swap to Holo if they have a Weaver, or Mirage if they have a Catalyst. Information about the other team should not be revealed before the match starts.

Lock on queue would be fine, if Arenanet tries to balance the game and gives every profession a build for each role, all i'm saying is that the game has core and 3 elite specs and at this point people should be able to fill every slot on every profession.
