In a previous post I mentioned how weak Ele feels now due to the heavy nerfs we received to our Earth Shield Utility. We need buffs, not nerfs. The reason a lot of people are playing Ele at this moment is because it is a fun and engaging spec that really makes you work for it to get any sort of value. The real threat to PvP balance is the current defense spellbreaker! A few more ideas to help the Ele class a bit more would be: Make Phoenix an Instant cast skill Make Dragon tooth an Instant cast skill Give us a third water trident charge. This wont be enough to raise ele from D-Tier. What they really need to do is turn the Air2 and 3 Instantskills to instantly hitting Dragonstooths. Next they turn Watertrident into Dragonstooth. And everytime you cast a dragonstooth you get 3 second invulnerability. Whenever you are invulnerable, everything around you simply dies, something like a 1HKO from pokemon would be nice. Whenever your Dragonstooth lands, your Dragonstooth is reset and you can use it again. Dragonstooth. It's not a dragon tooth anymore, ele must get the whole kittening dragon mouth. Dragon Gums in earth, chomp target for a 15 minutes knockdown, Dragon Breath in air to blow your enemies away by pulsing launch over some stupidly long distance, make it 2500 range (basically you become a bus to move the enemy team from mid to far), then there's Dragon Tongue in water attunement but I'm not telling you what that does.
