I know most eles are roaming in many forms of water-earth traits, and I call mine as "muddy water (mudwater) tempest", to distinguish it from fresh air and similar builds. They are a sect of Knights Radiant in Brandon Sanderson's Way of Kings series. Highly recommend the books too. if you're into the fantasy genre.
