HULK SMASH - How did they do this, too awesome.

So how did they get their Norn green so they could do this?

There's an infusion (or a couple of infusions) and some potions (bought from some hylek NPC in Sparkfly Fen, I think) that give your toon a color wash. There's some in other colors, too. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Cosmetic_aura

From the look of things, it's most likely the Poly-luminescent Undulating Infusion (green version) on the character in your pic.

Hello everyone, For everyone whom is trying to figure out how he did this he used the following:

-Made a Norn Character for extra increased height and hulk-like size.(Then used the below combination to give him the Omega-Green coloring and vastly increased size even for a Norn.

-Poly-luminescent Undulating Refractor (Green)-Hylek Green Hue Potion-Endless Embiggening Tonic (Increases the base size of your character by its current size modified by x2)

Another Note: A full height Human becomes the size of a Norn. A full height Asura becomes about the size of a Human.

You should be able to. I don't have that one, but I have the shrinking one and can fight just fine.

Yes you can. I think the only thing you can't do with it is mount.

Endless Miniature Tonic. Sold by a heart vendor is Lake Doric.

Endless Miniature Tonic, iirc. Also combat enabled. Both of course unuseable in WvW/PvP.

Yes, you can. Just can't use it underwater or in wvw.

Maybe I should take my female Norn and make a max sized fluorescent green Hulkette, and have her stand around the bank wearing only her underwear.

Combat tonics can be used while underwater.

The text on the tonic itself says "Cannot be used in water or in WvW." As far as I know, it's the only one that doesn't work in water, though.

Edit: You can't use the tonic while you're in the water, and running into the water while transformed with the Embiggening Tonic ends the transformation. As a side note, the Kodan tonic cannot be used under water, but you can use it on land and then swim in Kodan form.
