  2. It's not that you came here to talk about experience, you came here telling all that where disappointed and gave before good feedback what got ignored that they should go play chrono, so in other words you were telling all they should shut up because they don't think like you do 👍
  3. Highest Bench I saw till now is 38,6k on large hitbox, so on small even worse.

It's only a new name and animation, they do the exact same thing like all other shatters (beside of f4) its always f1 for damage f2 for confusion and f3 for daze, since core we are doing the same thing, gathering resources and use them to shatter. Nothing new about and you are doing it with virtuoso even worse than the other specs. The only difference your resources didn't disappear anymore after a fight but this I wouldn't call a new mechanic

  6. And still you have only 1 unblockable and the elite which can easely be evadet while your whole kit is nothing more than projectiles, cast and travel time are too long, you can't block infinitely, sure it is better then nothing but still...

You get unblockable only with psychic riposte and only for 1 F skill, so you need to block/evade what means in this time you don't need unblockable since the enemy isn't blocking, on large scale fights sure it makes a bit more sense but even then you have only 1 unblockable F skill till you block/evade again, you need to burn your defensive skills for hitting something and you are forced to take this trait what again kills all variety

Congratulation 👏 you ignored all Feedback for Virtuoso and made again change that doesnt solve any problem, instead you nerfed the only thing it was good for, now we have no dps, no support/utility, stuck again with the same gameplay since core because as so many said in the Feedback that you clearly doesnt have read changing the animation of shatters and giving them new name doesnt make a new mechanic, better now you gave Guardian alac so why you dont call this game Guardian Wars since now you dont rly need any other class more.
  9. the AoE is finally a good thing and I’m happy Virt has these now. its ok if the F skills have a Similar effect like core as it is on Guard but even then, Virtuoso only has now an Animation change thanks to changing clones to blades, on the other side Dragonhunter doesn’t only change Animation it adds effect to the skill, F1 is now a pull and can be traitet for dps boost, F2 now a jump and F3 adds a block wall, meanwhile Virtuoso adds nothing. so I agree with you that a core part to the F skills will remain but adding nothing to them and now we are going 3 e-specs in and still have the same like core is the part that disappoints me that hard, because for other classes anet brings refreshing ideas but for mesmer we are stuck with the same thing forever it seems.
  10. so what's the point? There are even rev player that like Vindicator. Cherry picking a few things I said to make sounds you argument better doesn't change the problems we other mesmer mains have with this spec even if you claim its mostly because we have no clones. Never said the whole thing sucks, it can make fun but doesn't change the fact that we got the same again only with other animations and more problems.

That’s not true, many Mesmer mains wanted a Cloneles spec since in WvW big scale they are useless, the backlash is there because they changed a useless resource for another useless resource thanks to all projectile hate in this game mode. next thing is that we wanted something new or something that can fill the missing roles that the other specs can’t fill and the only thing anet has done is taking away clones for blades, F skills are the same beside of F4 there is nothing new nothing refreshing we have only a flashy class now with the same or even more problems like before. non mesmer mains like it because it is a core light version where they don’t need to bother with clones and fighting against is now easier thanks to not searching the real mesmer now, for me Virtuoso is a rushed spec based on Forum topics that anet has read but not what was described in these posts, it’s a mix of the Bard topics and cloneles topics.
  12. By that you mean instead of gathering resources (clones) and shatter them for doing dps, confusion or daze, you now gather resources (blades) for throwing them and doing dps, confusion or daze? Yes changing animation and skill names is a rly strong identity and best design we could get.

Hoped for something else, but what we got is the same only with other animations, again we are collecting resources to use them for exactly the same F-Skills as before, even if they are now projectiles (which is even worse in WvW). Please change the name to Bladedancer, this whole song thing doesn't make sense since you're only attacking with blades. remove the condi traits since Mirage is our condi spec and give us a trait that change playstyle, like if u use this trait your F-Skills no longer are projectiles, instead they got changed to melee attacks, using F1 could be like mesmer grabs 2 Blades to attack while the rest is spinning fast around him and F2 would be a forward dash that strikes all blades in the enemy and in the same time giving us a mobility option. or do something else but pls don't let our whole Mechanic be projectiles (with the same F-Skills that the other 2 specs + core have) in a game where with bad timing a Chak with his refelct bubble can kill you and in WvW you get completely useless because skills with projectile hate get spammed like nothing.
  14. im the only one that dislike the dodge mechanic? the traits revolve around this mechanic, for ow it can be fun but for pve endcontent? damage doesent seems high so you lose much in the time you fly and the first times maybe its fun but i can see it will get fast boring since the traits show your go to playstyle ist spamming dodge... i had prefered if the traits was more about the alliance legend and not the dodge
  15. Sure necro will always use lifeforce and ranger always pets and mesmer always clones. The thing is even necro is always using lifeforce the reaper shroud doesn't do exactly the same thing like core and even more scourge uses his lifeforce for shades and not for a shroud but we as mesmer are doing besides of F4 the exactly same thing: F1 - dps F2 - confusion F3 - daze It's exactly your last part what I'm missing on mesmer, why wasn't the chrono shatters more like renegade F4 ? Using the clones for in example F1 - quick F2 - alac F3 - slow Why we have again confusion on the virtuoso F2? It's ok for me when our resources is to generate clones, maybe I explained it a bit weird before but my problem is that what we do with our resources is the exact same thing now with every spec (beside from the F4) and necro meanwhile is doing some unique and refreshing with his resources.
  16. im disappointed about Mesmer e-spec. the idea is cool and all but what we get is the same thing again like before. now with core we have 4 specs with the same gameplay, summon clones/blades and use them to do more or less the same f1-3 skills. 2 of the utility skills looks the same, the blade rain an the skill with immobilization what in the end ist the blade rain animation only shorter. i hoped for more since you showed us on necro and guard you can make something unique that rly change the gameplay but as it stands now im gonna change my main since i can see that other classes will get again something unique and refreshing and we will stay with the same boring playstile only with other animation. sure i will wait till the beta to test all, but i cant see how a few traits will impact the mechanics that much that it will change something.

  19. so you played in the open world meta builds that are made for playing in a grp in fracs/raids ?pls tell me im wrong, have you realy played glass cannon meta builds in the open world?and you are wondering why you are dead?for open world there is no meta build, condi weaver with dire stats can faceroll throug the content like it was showed in another thread here.

Your "explanation" hasn't explained anything, because you still haven't answered my question asking why they wouldn't have monetized a dps meter and disallowed arc dps already, if they were making these changes only for monetization purposes. Still waiting for a proper answer on this. I'm sure that they wouldn't have needed your suggestion to come up with this idea already, since they already came up with the idea to monetize templates and disallow arc templates by themselves, right? what should this thing be that they told them and delta couldn't do? it was the deal from the beginning, delta is allowed to release the build template plugin till to the point anet brings out his own.there was nothing critical delta couldnt solve there was nothing else that causes any problems, it was this deal and nothing else because this was communicatet so. and even if you ignore all things you got told till now bcause you are white knighting and thinking others are only hater, it doesnt change the fact that anet monotized the build template in the worst way possible. no one would have any problems for paying a bit to extend the template bars but it was not enough to charge money for 3 diffrent things no they maked it charackter bound to charge even more, this is greedines of the highest level and thats why most of us have problems with it and thats why the only logical reason for disallowing arc template was money. Not something necessarily that delta couldn't do, but rather was at least unable to do, because for example it may take a lot of redesigning and coding to change how it works. Who said dps meters weren't requested that much? They've been requested for a very long time, are very useful and widely used. There have even been posts complaining that the same topic on dps meters are repeated every 6 months. Seems like a perfect opportunity to monetize it to me if they wanted to. This really doesn't sound like sensible reasoning.so then i can tell you what i want you will every time coming up defensively and not accept any answer as long as it isn't like minded. i said the request wasnt that much like template and never said there was no request at all and even then it isnt something that all want or use while templates is a QoL for all. no one said oh pls no don´t implement templates but dps meter are controversal thats why it is better to not implement them and leave them optional throug 3rd party. bringing the own dps meter ingame could go wrong causing "casuals" that dont like it to leave which resolves in less money income from the shop. at the end it is always money that is in the focus and decides what and if something be done. but hey it doesnt matter what i say because you find something new or simply dont accept what others try to tell you.

So you're saying Gw2Efficiency is a good representation because it currently has half the numbers that PoF sold in its first month? do you guys really dont get it? it was claimed PoF sold 500k, in gw2efficiency alone are 250k, thats the half of it. like all are saying efficiency is only a small percantage of the playerbase, how can it be that there are 250k when PoF only was sold for about 500K? Because the total registered accounts, according to the information provided, only makes up about 3% of the total game sales. Since people like to do math, what percentage of 11 million is 300K? A small percentage, yes?what has this to do with anything?it was battledrone that started with his 500k PoF solds, this was only an example why what he is claiming cant be right. this whole discussion is nonsens, its always the same in all threads, a few casuals that dont want to play in grp (in an mmo) or want to learn the game start to cry how hard or shit something is, claiming that they are talking for the whole casual community and only theyr point is right.

  24. using similar Gear, Traits, Classes doesn't mean you are doing the same dps.if one is only hitting his 1 skill he will never do the same damage as one that uses a proper rotation. arc doesnt only show dps, you can have more infos from it like rotation, boon uptime and other things, you can use it with dps reports where you can have a playback from the encounter to see the positions from the squad. this are things raid guilds are using to help raid newbies getting better but no one will talk about this things because its more fun telling arc is only used for toxicity.
  25. you dont need to expect toxicity bc it isn't true that all raiders are toxic and till yet i never was in a pug that complained that we cleared the wing but not in the fastest way possible. maybe it is on the NA side this way but on EU im faced more toxicity when a OW Meta failed than i ever have faced in Raids or PvP.
