Seeing the subject, I laughed and skipped the entire discussion. – Lots of details were given by Teapot during one of his streams. In a deep wise analysis of the issues, where they come from and what to do. In very short, buffs should be heavily nerfed so we never can maintain them with a rotation. And this nerf should happen in all modes. I don't remember when he spoke about that. Weeks ago I think. Regards

Hi, I think we'll need, for alliances to work correctly, a directory somewhere. Forums, Discord, Elsweyr... Because small guilds won't be able to find others easily enough to be efficient. Jointly, Europe is not North America, our priority will, for many of us, to join other guilds with the same language. In stress situations, vocal orders must be understood, fast, and English is not our mother tongueS. So to avoid what happened in Cyrodiil in ESO. IMHO, we need a directory like the LFG (description & preferred language) or the one in New World (automatic) allowing easier creation of alliances. Regards.

Playing ESO I see in ANet changes, putting the same daily system but without the login rewards. In GW2 it's the primary source of T6 and Legendary components without going insane grinding like doing a 2nd bad job. There is also another things which makes me really angry this time is the spend your "lvl 80 gift" if you want to do dailies. If you (ANet) want players to squander the booster then remove it. At least it will be honest. If the removal of T6 source and leg comps is confirmed, I'm also throwing over any legendary creation.

Something funny : Ranger cannot have invuln reskinned tablets (spirits) but Rev has invuln reskinned spirits (tablets) 🙂 -
Hi playing Harbinger since a few days I've noticed that Vicious Shot and Vapor Blade, a skill I also use on my Ele, have both ½s timing, like many other skills. Comparing these twos, I can make a video if you wish, shows how wrong the timing on Vicious Shot is, this one being close to ¾s-1s and not ½s. IMHO, it might be clever to change the information on the skill with the right timing (0.8s ?) (Notice I don't ask for any mechanical or animation changes ^_^) Regards.

Elem survival is about mobility. I really dislike this dagger nerf ... Time to use scepter I think by bye elem + dagger -
My 2¢ : I have steam with all needed packages on my Debian 11 with kernel 5.19 backport and official NVidia 515. I installed GW2 with steam, linked quite all files to another directory and I can play both Steam and "non Steam" versions exactly as I do under Windows but with less drive space used. The only one missing is TACO 🙂 I never reboot to Windows to play GW2, even WvW runs better (thanks Vulkan wrapper in proton). Edit : my command line options : -maploadinfo -ignorecoherentgpucrash

Hi, I'm really really bored by this absurd balance of pets since too much time. Even EoD beta showed it's already broken. Please ANet stop that. In a right balanced competitive environment, I really believe that a Pet should never ever deal more damage than the player, even if it's a golem. Never ! regards

Hi, I'd really like to see the ranger long bow not nerfed but changed, and thus for all modes. In open world to stop having to shout "come close !" "pack !", "cac !", In WvW and PvP to stop seeing : "come here you coward !"' (this is for the picture)The change, applying this function to damage : g() = 1-abs(2*f(d)-1) ; f is the current damage function ; d is distance.In words : currently damage increases, linearly or not with distance. by applying 1-|2x-1| the function would give lowest damage at start and at end, max damage at half distanceIn maths : assume that half distance is half damage (linear as an example) What do you think about that ? I'd really like to give a try (I have a ranger which I play from time to time now : ^^ )note : this could also be applied to greatsword on mesmer (I currently mainly play with my mesmer ^^) regards

I'm sorry but for me, this is a really bad news for the game and maybe its economy. The more sinks you remove from a MMORPG game, the faster you reach the end. Unless you repeat things like a zombie, for nothing. I really fear a few component prices will scale up insanely while the entire rest will fall into oblivion, giving the final blow to an already really unbalanced highly inflationist economy. I really hope I'm wrong. I really hope.

I was about to say quite the same thing but for the opposite reason. I'm one of the players who only use the warclaw for the features you (ANet) are about to remove. If it's slower than going by feet, just remove the warclaw and refund gems to all people who bought skins because Warclaw is becoming this : ~~2 Your warclaw moves faster in territories you own. ~~~~3 Your warclaw gains an extra stamina bar. ~~Quite Useless Battle Maul now finishes enemies who are in a downed state. Useless Unlock a second skill that allows your warclaw to detect enemies. Useless Unlock a third skill that allows your warclaw to pull on gates to damage them. Become useless Unlock a fourth skill that enables you to throw a spear at a mounted player, dismounting you both. So I join Stephen to say : just remove warclaw from the game
