  1. Be careful, calling someone out by name it is considered harassment.
  2. Watch him play it, he misses most of his opening skills and just relies on the damage from Sword auto alone to down people.
  3. You are right, traiting Signets are much better on DPS Support builds especially Alacrity Mirage. Although if you run the build, I posted to the Mesmer forums you should have enough other passive healing to be able to take the trait too. Rune of the Flock synergies really well with the Mantra of Recovery since they are both have a 10 second cooldown.
  4. Well, I hope they don't exist since I contribute all my KP decorations to my guild.
  5. With the introduction of old and new weapons to each profession when are they going to remove weapon specific traits. I feel like the new weapons might be dead on arrival if your particular benchmark benefits from the Core weapon traits rather than the Elite or Weapon training ones. I would also take it further to state some of the weapon specific traits are mandatory for using that weapon which leads to less build flexibility. I'm looking at your Mesmer Greatsword. I propose adding any extra abilities provided by traits to the Core weapon like the 20% cooldown. Then any Stat bonuses are applied kept on the trait without requiring that weapon. A good example could be Ranger Longbow trait. The Piercing and 20% cooldown are applied to the weapon and now the trait gives you a Swiftness, Quickness and when attacking past/at the range threshold of 1200. (Maybe make it 900 so it can work on Shortbow and Axe) Finally, there has been some sacrifices to allow certain Elites to provide Boons so this could be a way to compensate that recent trade off.
  6. I think alot of people still think KP are still a thing. Even in fractals it's pretty easy to run and complete them without the required achievement. 99 and 100 are little hard to open since you need someone with the achievements. I have talked to many people on Discord who buy Raids clears so they can complete Legendary Armor instead of running them normally.
  7. Looked at the post patch builds, it does seem like Scourge is doing even better han before. No more cheese builds now you can fully support a whole raid raid with it.
  8. You have to trait it of coarse. You have two main sources of Aegis to. You can use Staff or share it via Distortion.
  9. I have a better idea, make traited Scepter provide Quickness on each attack to the user. Then let Ambush pulse Quickness to other players.
  10. People told me that too but it did happen. I also got called a liar for saying it was a one-shot build. But the very same thing exists with a confusion F2 build for Virtuoso. It could easily one-shot Elementalists. Lock people down and CC them simple as that.
  11. The real solution is to introduce 5 stat gear
  12. For me it always felt out of place that Scrapper was such a good support. It always felt like a front line Bawler to me pretty much what Untamed is for Ranger.
  13. Druid is you go to Zerg class much like how Chronomancer is for Mesmer.
  14. I watched a tone of Boyces streams he barely lands the thing, seems real OP to me 😒.
  15. That sounds about right very few elites can 100% protection even doing it on Guardian I believe involves you leaving Staff and using tomes charges you could be saving. The shield comes out when you are about to take massive damage. I mean it's the perfect tool for it is since you yourself go immune to any damage.
  16. I might suffer some criticism but Chronomancer is starting to become a more viable support and by extension Healer. The move of Alacrity and Quickness onto Shatters and Phantasms allows you to take much more varied utilities. Resulting in either a heavy Mantra, Clone, or Well Healer. No one has really formulated what that could mean for a healer but a few more balance patches and we might have something decent.
  17. That does make more sense, I can test that too. I guess there are ways around weapon swapping to trigger your second Ambush.
  18. Again, I have never ever heard of this before today and it seems like a lot of people are in this camp.
  19. Still the source seems to be one streamer and is not very well known. He even admits its not that strong so meh.
  20. I was testing the Warthogs and just realized any Item you pick up can trigger Let Loose but I turns out there is a cooldown internally on Let Loose so it only triggers once.
  21. Yeah, this seems to be a sword issue. Nerfing that will fix the build.
  22. I'm lost there are two posts on this with some people saying it a common build. I have literally never seen this in US PvP servers must the EU issue.
  23. Who uses that....? What build, what youtuber.... Cheese builds don't really count. Seriously even in PvE no one takes that, Versatile is probably one of the worst Merge stats. It's really only used for Open World or casual Pugs. Edit: this comment was right at the start where I never saw the build in PvP
  24. The new weapons should fix that for Mirage. It will probably turn you into a teleporting Dagger Sniper. The real problem with Mirage is your best weapon forces you to roll through your enemy with Axe 2. This puts you on the other side of bosses or into an AoE in PvP. Other options are less appealing with Greatsword Ambush doing Zero damage and Staff Ambush has been repeatedly nerfed.
