Not sure what this means. How does having higher Gold rewards for players make PvP more dysfunctional? If it's because it might bring more players to the mode who aren't dedicated to PvP and only want the Gold, well that's still a good thing, isn't it? More meat for the grinder.

So with Untamed I'm supposed to ambush unsuspecting prey. I understand that's the premise of this spec. But how can I do that when 8 out of 10 times this skill doesn't function correctly when I pop it off? Many times I've had a clear line of sight of a target directly in front of me. I pop this skill, and just nothing happens???!?! The skill is broken. It needs to get fixed because right now I can't play the spec correctly. It's frustrating because I am being robbed on good ambushes which is what Untamed is supposed to specialize in. If it continues to not work I might have to consider going back to Druid or Soulbeast, which I don't want to do. Not because I don't like those specs, I love them both. But Untamed just feels fresh right now and I enjoy doing combo's with the hammer. But the unreliability of this skill is making it difficult. Or is this some kind of Ambush RNG?

Just play untamed instead. Don't bother with BS.

I play equal amounts of PvE and PvP. I'm not sure you would consider me dedicated to PvP mode only but I do have over 6k rated games played. I wouldn't treat it as another gold/hour thing.. I enjoy PvP for the competition but I still think gold should be increased I think we deserve it.

I'm not someone who plays PvP for farming Gold but I do feel as though as it is currently is rather low. Please reward the dedicated PvP's better with an increase to Gold rewards. Yes theres some that will bot/farm but they shouldn't ruin rewards for the rest of us. I just feel for time spent in a niche game mode we need better rewards.

I don't care. I'm playing Berserker anyway.

Can I get a quick rundown on what the spirit rework entails? Or a link to a page that details it. Ive seen this mentioned before on this board but I actually know nothing about it.

I was wondering what everyone else is using for Untamed - Open World content. I realize with the skill Perilous Gift that healing power is practically useless. I'm thinking about going either Rabid stats or Berserker. Anyone else?

Hello, I am stuck on collecting the Untamed's Stamp on this collection. The hint states: As a ranger, complete the Echovald Wilds Meta event. I have completed the Gang War even chains from start to finish numerous times, and I also completed the Aspen meta event, and to no avail I did not get this item. I even went as far as completing the "Forest Warfare" achievement just to be sure it wasn't that, but still nothing.

I'm still looking for a particular track from Seitung Province but haven't found it anywhere on Youtube. I wish I knew the name of it..

Hearts a boring mindless task to tick off a box. EoD needs to step things up and give us actual meaningful world map events with payoffs for participation and consequences for failing, like we had in HoT. Hearts are tutorial level design.. not suitable for advanced players who want end-game PvE.

I disliked PoF for this reason. And it's why I probably only buy EoD for the Elite Specs in PvP. I can't stand the direction they are taking PvE these days. They had the right idea with HoT but they've been going backwards ever since they brought back hearts.

The radius on this skill is too short at 300. Please buff it up to 600 at least so I don't have to be right up peoples butts just so I can hit them with a heal. Thanks..

They're still going to make FAT STACKS from 24/7 botting even at the current gold rate. If botting is an issue they need to be targeted directly and banned. Making the gold gain higher is an incentive for legit players to switch to PvP and for current PvP players to stay in the game.

As a full time sPvP Gladiator I feel like the gold rewards vs time spent is a bit low.

Surprise mechanics should be banned from games. They exploit people using human psychology. Does nobody know this? Making statements such as "Don't like it? Don't do it" Is ignoring the issue. There is a psychological implication in these kinds of in-game mechanics, and it's not always the persons fault for succumbing to it. It's like blaming the mouse for walking into the mouse trap. But what about the person who set the cheese? Does nobody else want their games free from this nonsense? or are you just going to ignore it forever until all the games we play are literal gambling machines that you don't want you friends and family anywhere near? We cannot keep ignoring the problem and scrutinizing anyone who criticizes it. We should all put our voices together and say NO, and demand fair business practices that do not exploit people who may be vulnerable to these types of maneuvers. If we don't, then we might as well say goodbye to fun games within the next few years.

GW2 was on display shelves in stores for about 1 year before it totally disappeared. But I can't tell you how many times I've seen ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) advertised on store shelves and having re-release after re-release. Just from the top of my head.. Imperial Edition, Gold Edition, Unlimited Edition. Then there's all the collectors editions, and then several editions for every expansion that got released. Not to say ESO has more players than GW2, I don't know the statistics. I certainly don't think it's a better game. In my opinion GW2 stands head and shoulder above that boring, drab game. Yet that game got so much crazy marketing, you just couldn't avoid it even if you tried..

I agree about Kessex Hills. It would be nice if it was brought back to life again.
