Thanks! I thought as much. I did find one other way, but it only works if you have "Thousand Seas Pavilion" (if I named that right). You can take the zip line down and then go to the fishing portal and pick Cantha and then pick the option that takes you to that island. Not perfect, but gets you a little closer, and again, only works if you have that pass.

Besides starting the story (and presumably 'practice'), is there an 'organic' way to go to Shing Jea Island, like a boat, or do you take alts to Arborstone and then just have to work your way backwards to Shing Jea? Looking for a comparative experience to PoF, I guess. I had a portal scroll that would take alts to Oasis, where I could map complete from there forwards. In EoD, it looks like the closest experience to that is Arborstone, then work your way back to the island, and then map complete forward?

I'm currently obsessed with not being able to remember what I used to 'stand' when I was in old LA! Can't figure out where my 'spot' was. I got a new LA spot, Cantha, etc, and I know I had a spot, I just can't remember it.

Whether there is more or less of something isn't always the problem, it's in the execution. The overall philosophy. The 'yes, but'. I have my choice in light and medium, which hopefully won't get altered. Trying the new set out on my heavies, but may just end up back in different outfits for them (though there's not a bad racial for my one Norn). I don't suspect that will ever land right with me again. What they do is what they do, and if it ever becomes unenjoyable, I'll have to make tough choices.

Yeah, I'm running the public Battle over and over and kicking rubble, trying to keep track of which I hit in a day, and it's going along nicely. Up to 190-ish towards the 250 I want to buy a 2nd halo so I can mem one and keep one free. Thanks all!

Any recommendation for collecting these? I did a whole public battle and only got like 9. They don't seem to come out of the bags you get more of, only the bags you get fewer of. Not sure if I got those bags from the 3 champs I was able to get to in time, or if they were final reward bags. I know there's the rubble around, but doesn't seem guaranteed in those?

Finally got my key this morning! It's awesome. Just starting to explore. I like that the Pact Commander speed does 'not' work. While the Vistas wouldn't count for anything, it would be nice to have them for the cinematics.

I'm looking at the wiki to see if it's used in anything, and it doesn't seem to be. I tried one. It sent me somewhere...and then it was gone. What is the appeal of this that it sells for more then rektoplasm at this point? 🤔

Awesome. Yeah, I might. I watched a video on it and was kinda half excited to try it, but I think the PUG I got was more interested in going fast and not teaching, which is totally cool, but there was nothing in the description that said like "no wallys" or anything like that. 🙂

Totally understand how numbers work. I'm at 14/15, and that would be an attractive one to do. I'm going to jump into marionette here in 3 min, but if there's only like 12 people (as there was earlier), it seems like an undoable option. I tried to do a Thaumonova Reactor fractal earlier, and everyone bailed right away. Apparently not the teach type, as everyone in the other fractals I did today were. That's fine, to each their own. At any rate, yeah, much more attractive for me to do. 😬 Update: Woah! Reset PUG Marionette crushed it! 5 lanes; 5 chains; lots of mechs! 🤣

Only need 2 fractals, one of 2 from each of the first few LW episodes, but ended up doing all 4 of them in a PUG and it was fast and a blast! Tried the TA Aetherpath and we didn't do so well. Those oozes are a nightmare. Will try again tomorrow, and hope I get in a group with someone that knows how to do it. I sure don't know how. Or will try my hand at 'The Higher Road', that would finish me. I was actually super close on my first run through with my main Ele Staff Weaver, who is probably one of my hardest characters to play, but she's my main and I'm stubborn at wanting to use a staff, so I get what I get. I already did Twisted Marionette, but before the LW story came back, and it apparently didn't count, but will try that again. That leaves doing the B4LA, which by comparison to the first 4, looks rather easy to do. Crossing my fingers I get it done!

The only book I don't have is this book. I want to look up how to find said book, but I don't know the name of the book, or the name of the collection, which makes it 'really' hard to look something up ("What was the name of the place where we went that time and had that food?"). Started this evening. Normally, I use the mouse wheel to change prices. Only mouse wheel 'click' down and I lowered the price by 1 copper and sell. Tonight, I move the mouse wheel one click...price stays the same. If I then click on the down arrow, the price drops '2' copper. It's like it knows I rolled the moues wheel down, but it's not show the price change until I click on something. Yikes. Guess I'll hold everything and try to sell tomorrow. Edit: Annnnd now it's working again. Amazon Web Serviceless!

I hope the fight in Lion's arch isn't the strike, but a big open public thing to join like how the tower works. I remember that fight having 'lots' of people, not 10.
