  1. Fractal Push has to be one of the worst designed achievement. It's outside a story instance, which is silly in the first place. It requires you to have a specific story step active, then you must refrain from doing events that would fill the bar up in order to do the final event of the meta. Should you participate and fill up the bar, you would have to redo the story to get back to that point. Except any event in the zone fill up the bar instead of only rift hunts. This causes a lot of players to stay away from helping during the meta while other players scramble to try and meet the requirement for the meta. This achievement should be doable at the same time as Gatherer of Essence and the story should require to do one of them or both to progress, the other becoming optional and still completable.

  5. Large shade baseline, 5 target cap, shroud skills are only cast at the shade and require a shade. 15s duration, 8s cooldown.

  7. Wave of Panic should indeed give Alacrity with Mirage Mantle trait as it does for Chaos Vortex. Siren's Call also need the Bleeding duration increased from 1s to 2~3s. It's embarrassingly weak as it is now. Sure with the bouncing it can do more damage, but the other Trident skills are not exactly damage oriented.
  8. Try doing it on something that's not a golem. Things like Adina, Sabir, Jormag Voice, Old Lion Court, Harvest Temple.

  11. Only work on bosses like MO. Have you considered playing with other classes that improve Endurance regeneration of the team? (FB, Vindi, Tempest, ...)

  13. You're supposed to have boon duration as a support (dps or heal). On Mirage, it's so you can stack Alacrity for the downtimes when clones are unavailable.
  14. In term of what mesmer needs, it makes more sense to be a healing weapon.
  15. Just dodge immediately. With only 1 clone from the dodge, you still have a base of Alac uptime, and then you can bring your clone count to 3 for maximized Alac output.

  17. For when there is a big zerg with lots of siege weapons preventing exiting your spawn. We should be able to build siege weapons in the safe zone. To trebuchet them away.
  18. Lowering the costs would also cause ANet to reduce the potency of the abilities. You won't get burstier, you'll only have more buttons to press. Like Riposting Shadows. Would you turn it into a mere evade and cleanse movement-impairing condition for 15 energy with no other effect? (no Fury, no stun break, and no endurance gain)
  19. The abnormal thing here is chronomancer. Keeping quickness or alacrity on allies 100% of the time MUST require boon duration. Chronomancer need to be reworked to have a proper healer capability while needing boon duration and a better mechanism to provide alacrity or quickness.
  20. It's on top of Yao's wiki page. After each NK meta event, Yao and Mizuki have a short chat. During whcih Yao will say "I'm Yao—your local, mostly friendly agender engineer."

  22. I do believe the relics become accountbound when equipped. Otherwise, the market would be inundated with relics after a while.

  24. I disagree on that. That would be part of the rebalance. The baseline version of Sand Savant would no longer trigger Shade effects around the Necromancer, only around the big Shade with a 5 target cap, in line with every AoE. Then the reworked grandmaster trait could make the Shade effects also trigger around the Necromancer for example. Scourge would have baseline 1 big shade they reposition as fight go when needed or when they would overcap charges, instead of spamming every time it's off cooldown.
